I very this Little Caesar on 4/9/24. I want to order the pepperoni crazy puffs. They told me that it would be a 30-minute wait. However, there's a sign posted in the facility that says that they will be available between 4-8 pm. I didn't want to wait.

I swear, they should give out medals for the speed at which they sling those pizzas into your car window!But let's get to the main event: the pizza. Customer Service: If I could give a zero, I would. The speaker isn't functioning. They don't acknowledge you while you're at the window. Not even a "I'll be with you in a few minutes". I had to tap on the window to get his attention. When I expressed my experience to the manager (and I'm using this word loosely), he made all types of excuse - not holding the poor worker accountable for his poor choice. Talking to him was hopeless.Food: Was good. The puffs.

What's the deal with all the food places around here closing 2 hours before the posted times? You can't even blame the lack of workers because they're just sitting in the storefront trying to pretend they don't see you

Ordered pizza through app. Scheduled for pick up at 6:30 through drive thru. Arrived at 6:30. Waited for 15 minutes in drove thru line amd moved two positions in line in that time. Gave up and went inside store to pick up pizza and was told at 6:45 that they just put my pizza that should have been ready in the oven five minutes prior ?!I was told it would be five more minutes once an employee actually came to talk to me. That was ten minutes ago. Here I stand bereft of pizza, now half an hour late.

The "Ready" part of Hot and Ready is a total lie. Things on the menu at the drive through should not take 40 minutes to get out the door... Just be honest about the time involved.

Quality seems to have really dropped off, while prices have climbed higher. Even crazy bread has a noticeable deliciousness degradation. All the new side items are definitely too much... disappointing to say the least, I've been a supportive "Pizza! Pizza!" Fan for 2+ decades.
