I stopped there the other night and was that the speaker for almost 10 minutes with no response.I pulled around to the window held my hand up like what's up and the girl at the window gave me the nastiest look. I will not be going back. I was not the only customer to drive off

Absolutely HORRIBLE, the staff fuss fussing, cursing and about to fight in the lobby. I will never take my family here again. There was absolutely no consideration for the customers in the restaurant, my grand children were terrified

I got curbside pickup while it was slightly busy. Took 40+ minutes for 2 drinks, 2 burgers and a fry. Made both burgers wrong. 😑
Worst McDonald's in ptown I ordered two$3.50bundles I open the double cheese burgers to fine it totally dry only meat and cheese My second time here and I'm talking to the lady at the drive-thru and she on her telephone texting when is it going to get better p town you got to do better

Nobody takes customer service serious anymore I swear 🤣 came to pick up a DoorDash order and the bag is right there on the counter. I tell the girl “I have order # a69” and she goes “someone will be right with you” and walks away when it was literally right there in front of her face 🤣 I took the bag and left ✌🏽

The quality of food here has declined over the years so has the service. The homeless are everywhere inside and outside. I wouldn’t recommend eating here my stomach is still bubbling I ate here 2 nights ago.
