Place is trash! I see this happens to a lot of people based on their reviews. Ordered a big online order and went to pick it up last night. A lady took my receipt at the drive thru window so they could bag the items. Everything was in one bag and filled to the top with the fries on top, so I didn’t think to check the bag for all my items. They missed 2 Big Macs and didn’t notice until I got home. When back to the drive thru and they asked me to pull forward. Went I got to the window they wanted to see my receipt, and told them a white lady took my receipt. Then proceeded to act stupid like no one ever took the receipt and looked at me like I’m stupid or lying about 2 Big Macs missing. Asked me where the food was and I told them it’s at home and my kids are eating, why would I lie and come back here for 2 Big Macs while the rest of my order sitting at home getting cold. After arguing with the worker at the drive thru they acted like they couldn’t do anything for me since they don’t see the proof with the rest of the order. So I told the worker “so basically since you guys messed up I just lost out on my order and wasted money?”. AVOID this place, workers can’t even get the items right and give their customers the correct food SMH.

They messed my order all the way up. Ordered the spicy sausage mcmuffin, got to my meeting only to find it was dry ham. Gross. Didn't have time to replace due to work. Sad.

Waited 25 minutes never even received the order no one acknowledged me the 30 minutes I was there and the floor was so stuck I thought he walked into a flytrap never got the food so 🤷

the owner fails to realize what he is doing by keeping these lights on. his staff and neighbors are both customers, employees, and competitors, sometimes at the same time. after 40 years and with headlights and google innovation and common sense by itself, everyone knows when they are there and when they are gone. why can't they turn off their lights, save a fortune on powerfully, give me $30,000. for saving them power cost, write it off on their taxes as a business charity. because I'm going to lose my job some time, portsmouth is a mix and match of business and residential mixing. this McDonald's does this to my living room. I'm so broke I took a couch off the dumpster to be my bed. why can't they turn off their lights. they are pointless are hurt the entire block. everyone knows when your gone, everyone knows when your open. car headlights are enough now days. this picture is your McDonald's from my chair at home. look! it's like living next to a giant pulsar star.

Went in to pick up mobile order, manager came and said “The inside closed”. I tried to explain I had a mobile order before being cut off again. She had a very brash tone for something so unprovoked. Never got my food.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to in the area. It’s ran by kids, there’s no management ins it’s whatsoever. The drive thru was busy so I decided to come in just for it to be kiosk only with no employees in the front. Another customer who was elderly and wasn’t too tech savy had to yell out to ask was anyone available to assist. The drive thru worker yelled back we would have to wait since she was the only person working. After waiting for my food for 10 mins I got back into my car and went through the drive thru to get my food just for the worker to give me a hard time.

I tried to order a Happy Meal through the drive-thru and asked the woman on the speaker what the toy was and her response was "I don't know. It's a toy. I didn't open the box yet."
There are different toys for different age groups and she wouldn't even tell me what type of toys were available. If I accepted any "toy" they provided without specification, that could be dangerous for a younger child when it's a three and up toy.
I have worked at several different McDonald's and never have I spoken to a customer that way, nor have I ever refused to do my job and open the box so I know exactly what toy I can give a customer. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unnecessary.

Haven't been to a McDonald's in awhile, and I ended up going to the Victory Blvd one and it was TRASH! The ENTIRE meal! Sprite was out (and they still gave it to me), fries weren't completely done, and the nuggets were burnt and dry, and the mcflurry just had cookies on top of the ice cream! The customer in front of me returned her stuff at the window, which I should've done the same!

I just want to let other customers know that they have to be careful with the (female employees)because they are very short tempered around the 2p and 4p hour I ordered my food but just as I was about to come get it the bag had fell on the counter & the fries fell out the bag on the counter the employee picked up the fries and put it in the bag. So I told her I didn't want those fries and she grew very angry. I asked why did she have an attitude and that she was wrong for this. She said she didn't have an attitude but clearly she did. It's bad enough food is already high now she thought it was ok to put those fries back in my bag after they fell on to the counter. No! You have to treat people right.
