Management means well, but something changed recently. Food used to be served swiftly and with a smile, but now they all seem so... Down. Either rehire whoever was fired, or ease up on the workers. The dining area is always supplied with fresh flowers which is nice. But appearances are nothing if service is bad :(
The reason I'm writing this is because they forgot the cheese on my burg and then completely forgot about my dad's order (they corrected this after being reminded, however.)

So Hello, So my family and I came in here on the last day of July in 2025 around 8:30 to maybe about 9:00. I have to say, the service was ok, but everything went down from there. This one girl was told to mom and she mopped around our feet, but got too close and was mopping our feet unpurpose. The employees are being WAY TOO LOUD just complaining, joking around and cussing. We can't even enjoy our food because they are so loud, Cussing while customers and employees coming in here and kids as well. The women's bathroom is a disgusting mess, a women's product wrapped on the floor, toilet paper everywhere. On top of that, I asked for help and the girl who mopped denied me cause her hands were wet and she has the Nastiest attitude and just stood there standing at me. She was sweeping and mopping like I was saying slamming chairs and hitting our feet, you should look at your cameras and talk to this girl. See if she wants to keep her job or like it, cause obviously she doesn't, and I could teach her how to do her job better. Sorry, But I felt like I needed to do this.

My burger was so salty & fries. The lady who took the order was rushing so I received a Oreo ice cream instead of the new Hershey's S'mores. Had to go in to get what I originally ordered. The marshmallows in the Hershey's are way to hard. I won't return to this location the service & food quality wasn't up to part. The Hershey's looked pretty & the person who remade it was nice about it.

This Mcdonalds is the best I have been to yet. It is always clean, the staff is so nice, and the orange juice is always fizzy! Absolutely incredible.

The food order was accurate and correct, up to a certain point. The portion of large no-salt fries was short, by comparison to the other large order of fries. I had not seen it till i left and was on the interstate. The app was a total POS! It didn't work at all. It said i had a bad internet connection, which was false. First I tried to order food ahead of time at home. It said it had a bad internet connection. That was incorrect as I was able to check my email and verify other transactions fine without any online/internet issues. Then I tried to order thru the store's WiFi signal. I was able to login fine, but i still couldn't order food via app. I tried a third attempt with my own phone data, same issue; bad internet, even though i was able to recheck my email for additional email I received!!

The food would've gotten 5 starts if the employees would've given me my entire order, still tastes good just poor service, lack of attention, and no situational awareness is why my review is low. I asked if my entire order was in the bag multiple times and was ignored the first few then told that I did have everything. Granted I should've checked myself before leaving but I was in a rush and had just worked two full shifts in a row by myself because no one else wanted to come into work. I was hungry and tired and had 4 classes of homework to do when I got home that I couldn't do earlier in the day bc I was stuck at work. Never coming back to this location again.
