The only reason it got that 1 star is because my drink was good! There was so much staff here but no one was serving front register. One of my kids dropped there food and I went to the counter to pay for more and was there for 11min and no one came at all. Mind you, there were only 2 customers. When I gave up waiting I had to share my food with my kid, only to find out that my food was not what I ordered and I couldn't tell them cause no one would come to the counter. Keep in mind I said there was a lot of staff. Yes they saw me standing there and still no came. This was the WORSE!!! Oh and I also waited 25min for my food.

I was not surprised to come onto Google Reviews to already see SO many 1 star reviews for this location. Its TRASH! Nor only is the customer service NONEXISTENT, your treated like garbage instead of a customer. But BE CAREFUL THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE TO GET WATER WITH YOUR ORDER OPPOSED TO SODA! When you acknowledge it and ask them to remove the $0.40 extra fee for the water and put it in a cup...LIKE THE SODA is, WHICH COMES WITH THE MEAL...AND NOT CHARGED EXTRA...they will proceed to tell you thats not how it works, and the soda is charged as part of the meal aswell, when they NEVER add an extra charge for you getting soda over a water. So I HAD TO choose to get a soda over the water just to get the $0.40 removed from my order. Will never come to McDonald's again... lol

Terrible.. Earlier this week had and issue with door dash from here. Happy meal had no food inside the box. Figured I would try again and go inside stopped by tonight to order a small meal. Waited 30 mins while several young employees joked and played around.. They did get food out.. But after 30 mins I went to the register to get a refund.. Several ppl watched me stand there.. They then pointed me out to a short young white female.. She looked and walked away..A nice young boy then cane to the register .asked the young white female in a red polo why I waited so long.. She said she didnt know.. She must have just lost the ticket.. Then walked away. My meal was extremely easy and its really annoying to watch kids play while we wait for long times to just get nothing.. Time was 5:24pm refund at 5:55pm

For fast food it's alright but the quality is not the best but that's what you expect from fast food anyway. Service is not to good and the food is alright.

The fries are always cold and they get behind and park you from the drive thru just to make you wait for cold food and watered down drinks. Not worth the time or money. Getting hot fries is like winning the lottery.

I came in through the drive through for a simple order. Food was good, wrong sauce but not important. My issue is the young girl that took my payment. She sounded and looked strung out or stoned.

Drive-through audio customer service is absolutely unworthy of the minimum wage increase. I just ordered a meal. The response was we don’t have no drinks no coffee no tea no nothing to drink. That was fine. The real problem occurred when I noticed she added two additional hashbrowns to my order. I immediately said hello towards the microphone to correct my order. The young l seemingly uneducated and extremely uncivilized customer service representative yelled at me saying I heard what you said! Now pull around! I said there’s a problem with my order. There are two additional hashbrowns that I did not order. She said nothing for about one minute so I pulled around to pay for my order letting that person know that I only ordered a sandwich and one hash brown.

Why aren’t people with unprofessional attitudes not being held responsible for how they treat their customers over the intercom? Why are these people being paid more money when they clearly do not have the basic ethical skills to treat their customers with the same kind of respect that their customers give them?

Doordash and ubee drivers should not have to wait to pick up a customer order, I dont understand y we have to wait in the drive thru line for minutes to grab a order y not have a worker at the building door helping drivers get they food faster
