They charge a restaurant tax that is more than sales tax. Also, the food is usually bad. The rice is good but the meat they use is pretty poor. The chicken is usually chewy and brown on the inside. They must be buying the cheapest meats they can find. Panda Express is about 10 times better than this place.

THEIR BOWL IS ALMOST 17 BUCKS OVERNIGHT MENU. BROTH IS BROWN AND CLOUDY NOT CLEAR PHO BROTH AND YOU GET 3 TEASPOONS OF BROWN BROTH WITH YOUR PHO NOT PHO CLEAR BROTH. NOODLES ARE EXTREMELY OVERCOOKED MUSHY. BOWL IS SO SMALL HARD TO EAT AND MIX INSIDE IT. FIRST ASIAN RESTAURANT WHOM DONT OFFER CHILIE OIL OR PHO SPOON SOUP SPOON. ALSO THEY GIVE YOU LIME THATS 10 DAYS OLD ALL BROWN AND BITTER FROM SITTING TOO LONG LIKE SERIOUSLY. THEY DO HAVE ASIAN COOKS SOOOOO WHATS GOING ON HERE ????

I came today to Rivers Casino excited to end my visit with food from Mian, everything i purchase was absolutely nasty ...Mongolian ribs...shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. I have purchased before and the food was great but not tonight. I will not purchase anything else.

Ordered orange chicken with white rice (they only had white rice). They had no soy sauce at all. Half of the chicken was breaded and half was not. I'm not sure what they have me but it didn't taste like orange chicken. It didn't taste like anything. It was super bland and well, kinda gross. Will NOT eat here again.

For first impressions, Pho tasted like beef grease. Not enough broth and not rice noodles. Suggest at least skimming grease from broth. Jalapeños and lime served on side. And not serve in paper bowl for noodles to stick to.Update: Had the shrimp fried rice today and even that tasted off for some reason. Texture felt like under cooked steam rice and taste is something I can't describe. I'll stick to pizza next door for now on.

Really enjoyed the evening, if the managers hadn't handled the situation so well for us the rating would have been much different. We had a 7pm reservation and There was not one there to help us get started so around 715 we went to the bar downstairs and they got someone to help us. We had a great time playing, our server was wonderful and we had the chicken club sandwich which was delicious! They had men's and women's Titleist clubs and the simulator was awesome! At the end of our time the computer systems weren't working so we spent about a half an hour with various managers trying to get it to work but they took really good care of us during the time and made what could have been a very frustrating situation much better. Will definitely be going back again.

This place is nasty. They haven’t cleaned a single table and the trash is overflowing in both cans. You have to reach around garbage to get utensils and napkins. Food was bad as well.
Not very friendly. Not a lot of choices. What would like to drink, no posted drink menu. Was asked. Kinda pricey. Dunno about the overall grade.

First of all the lady at the register acts as if tho she didn't want to be at work spoke in a very low yet monotone voice I kept leaning in to here what she was saying then let's not talk about the food good portions but I ordered pepper steak and it was NO sauce only about 2 onions 2 or 3 peppers and a hill of extremely dry rice.. had to ask for soy sauce and sweet chili sauce and they were hesitant to give them out even tho the food was dry AF .. I didn't even want to give the 1 star but it's the way for me to leave a review.. GET COOKS THATS IN TUNE HOW DISHES ARE SUPPOSE TO BE MADE N NOT TO THERE LIKING THEIR NOT THE ONES EATING IT!! Extremely Disssatified with my NEW YEAR 2024 experience at this restaurant NEVER AGAIN

Rivers needs to do better with their Top Golf reservations. I made a reservation a week ago on OpenTable and received a confirmation for a party of 6 for a birthday celebration. My guest and I show up Friday 9/29, after waiting around for two hours in the casino for them to tell us Top Golf is closed for the night. No phone calls, no text, no email before. All we got was an excuse that the general manager closed all the suites because none of the suites were paid for and they didn't have any extra waitresses to cover the area. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I don't know where the disconnection is with Open Table and the Casino but online doesn't ask you to pay to reserve a suite. Furthermore as a manager how do you not check online reservations before shutting down the whole area? I had ppl who showed up at 11pm just to play Top Golf, this was a complete waste of people's time. And a round of drinks the supervisor gave doesn't make up for ruining a planned birthday celebration. I could have just went to Virginia Beach. Also the MAJOR issue with this location, NO ONE answers the phone ever! I tried calling after getting my confirmation email to ask a question, got no response. Even calling the main casino phone no one answers, you get put on hold forever and then transferred to a voicemail. I know this casino just opened but to have no type of customer service available to answer calls makes no sense. Thanks to the waitress at the betrivers bar that was understanding and had great energy. Other than that if you want the Top Golf experience go to the full location, you can't depend on when they going to choose to have the area open. I don't even know why it's there, it a waste of space.
