I asked for bowl noodles and orange chicken. I specifically said "no vegetables". The initial server was acting so fast she dud not LISTEN. I was then told to get in line for payment. The box that was supposed to be mine was still empty when I arrive to the cashier. When I do get my food it is incorrect. I did not want vegetables, this was told to person #2. She in turn did not listen because when I got back to my office, she had put the noodles on top of the vegetables I originally did not want. How can 2 people get this order wrong? It was simple, concise. They are so busy trying to move fast, they do not LISTEN. We are a bust facility and do not have the time and patience to order 3 times. This is unacceptable. What if I was allergic.

Food is always cold, not many options to choose from, they skimp on the meat absolutely nothing is under $10 as far as food is concerned. Workers lack customer service skills they get quite annoyed quickly and will walk off if you don't know exactly what you want instead of helping you figure out what you'd like to eat.

I came from California to be with my daughter who is stationed in Norfolk. She’s having surgery and I’ll be here for a couple of weeks to take care of her. I have an I have not slept or eaten or slept and decided on Panda in the hospital. OMG! immature, rude little girl working the register was beyond disgusting and rude!! Her name I think was Bianca. Try thinking of the kind of $&!7 people might be going through before you decide to be a a-hole! to a kind, respectful, and nervous, scared mother.I hope your superior don’t know how you treat civilians!

Its leteraly inside the building,extremly hard to find, i uber there cause it was the closesti wasted my time trying to find this placr ,and the it was closed when i got there even tho online it says its open.dont go there

I have heard them called "Pot Stickers", "Dumplings " and a few private names we have between friends. There are three things in Virginia we really need to work on, as far as food goes. This includes Mexican Food, Indian Food and Chinese Food. That's not to say Virginia doesn't have some breathtaking Sushi Restaurants; because we do! We have some fabulous Mexican & Indian cuisine as well, you just have to really HUNT/search. And when you're starving, why must we pray & hope, not to mention drive 20 miles AWAY from home because you heard someone say this restaurant is fantastic. With Panda Express, the food is never over cooked. They'll explain to you which of their restaurants have "dumplings ", and which ones do NOT! They're open late, do big portions, and although technically a "fast food restaurant ", I enjoy their food, service and friendly attitude.

I celebrated my birthday this evening in this gorgeous place. Well it was a fine evening and the restaurant was surely the reason for that fruitful gathering. The team cooperated in a lovely way, the meals were delicious and my guests were very thrilled. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
