We ordered food today only to get home and see that the teriyaki chicken I ordered was just chicken with no teriyaki sauce given, the white rice was hard, and the orange chicken was burnt. We will not go to this store anymore for dinner.

Before the worker got on the microphone, she let out a large and obvious sigh. Then proceeded to tell me that they closed the kitchen down about 40min prior to their closing time and didn't have over half their entrees. This is the second time I've came here and this has happened.

This olace is usually very good, but on a Sunday visit, they were out of brown rice, and when I got to the window they were delayed on the firecrack steak and shrimp. I was offered a substitution, which I took, but they still charged me for the upgraded entree they were delayed on. Food quality was not as good as usual. Broccoli was cold and in general, very bland. I'll give them another shot though.. I have had good experiences there in the past.

I'm giving one stars all around because a few nights ago. He was wearing a black shirt unfortunately I didn't catch his name tag, but he felt uptight and I felt rushed when getting my food. I wanted a nice plate of chow mein/broccoli beef/Kung Pao 🐔. Yeah yall are fast food but that don't rushing your customers to order.

i eat here 2-3 times a week. Employees are all friendly and clean. the staff keeps the restaurant clean inside and out. the food there is always fresh and never burnt

I just ordered from this location and did not receive 90% of my meal. I ordered cream cheese Rangoon, orange chicken and rice and only received the rice! I am a pregnant woman and need to eat to nourish my unborn child. Luckily, I am married to a great man who offered his food, leaving himself hungry. I am utterly disappointed!
