The orange chicken bowl is really good. A little sweet, a little spicy, perfect balance if you don't like too much spice. Recommend with fried rice.They Need to bring back the Plum Sauce!!!!

When I arrived, immediately, I was greeted by employees. The store was clean. The service was great, not a big selection of items to choose from. The food was hot, but the prices were not too bad. I noticed, the floor was clean, and food was not all over the counter, very clean, my food was hot, and the store was clean, didn't get a chance to check out the bathroom. It was chill atmosphere. I would recommend eating here.

We live in Port Norfolk, we were excited about Panda Express coming nearby because my kids and I really enjoy their Chinese food for special occasions!!! Typically Panda Express food is hot, fresh, and delicious!!! When this Portsmouth location opened it was as awesome as we expected...however...over time the food and service have definitely gone down hill. We do take out (family meal) and over the last year it's been a regular disappointment when we get home to discover we received cold/stale food, containers half filled, and missing requested sauces. My suggestion if you do take-out like us, check your food before you leave the restaurant.

It's ok.Pricey for what I ordered, loud and not clean... just bc your in Portsmouth is NOT an excuse.I was surprised at how expensive a Bowl was. It's just not worth $8 for a 3/4 cup of cooked rice w/ a 1/2 cup of entree on top.My big suggestions are:-stop banging the pans in the kitchen the entire time.-lower your prices. Your food cost isn't that high. If it is.... get a better supplier.- clean your dining room. Take a critical look at it. Not that many ppl are dine in. Make the experience more enjoyable by having stellar cleanliness.

Zaldy was very rude leY was very polite foos was not good at all rice was hard as a brick and they had just opened flies was feast on the older food that was left out not look fresh and I waited 8 min for freshly cooked food and they had just opened seating area and drink area was clean but over all the food was trash I love Panda Express but I wnt be returning this was the last straw for this location I’m done
