I ordered Papa pairing chicken Pizza n wings. The wings r the absolute worst! Fatty and cheap chicken very low quality” my pizza also had one chunk of sausage, I don’t eat any red meat or pork, sign 1, but it was positioned where I was able to break that section off. But the wings A definite No for me. I called back and was told there is a quality guarantee call back to the store when I was ready. I made it clear that evening that I would not be getting wings ever. So anyway since that evening, I have called the store more times than I can count. I also called corporate twice and the manager Dave lied and said he reached out to me. My 2nd call to corporate was to request a refund … since that time I’ve still not heard from Dave, and I’m okay with that too. I will however file a complaint with the BBB, simply because I didn’t get any kind of response … it’s Papa John’s Quality Guarantee not mine … so as a customer I expect them to honor it!!!! I wouldn’t dare eat from that location again, if ever another Papa John’s at this point!

Don’t order from here! They messed up my order. I order just cheese and a Dr.pepper. They sent me pepperoni with a diet Dr. pepper. I called 3 times to let the store know they messed up my order. When someone answered the phone They didn’t say Hi or Papa John’s they just said we are closed for delivery. When I informed her my order was wrong. She stated I could get it remade and sent over or a Voucher. It was late. So I said the voucher I never received it. I picked the pepperoni off and ate one slice. I got sick. So unless you want a stomach bug’s order from this location. I will never order from this locations again.

Life is like ordering from this Papa Johns location. You never know what you're going to get. Rather inconsistent food preparation (i.e. skimpy toppings sometimes) and order fulfillment. When online feedback is given regarding an order, there is no follow-up from management.

Ordered pizza and garlic parmesan breadsticks. Pick up my food from the store. Didn't check the food, because it's always correct. Got home to find the garlic parmesan bread sticks were just plain. Called the store and got a robot, which is no help to me. Get on the line with someone who works at the store, and they apparently can't hear me. So I drive back to the store to address the problem about the breadsticks. Their solution was to just put the sauce on top and give my cold breadsticks back.

I use to love Papa John’s, they are now so skimpy on the toppings. It was also like it didn’t even have any sauce on the pizza. Prices are up quality is down.. I think I ll stick with MOD.

I ordered a pizza 07/19 and I believe they gave my pizza away because when I arrived there and paid they told me they had to remake my, but they didn’t tell me why. The cashier let me know they would give me a free pizza for the extra 20 minute wait. On 08/17 I tried to place an order and get my free pizza also but they gave me a hard time and the suppose to be manager hung up on me because he tried to give me the same pizza from the first time. I called back the next manager had an attitude be we were even able to let him know what was going on. This is a rude establishment and bad hospitality no accuracy with orders just a Papa John’s disgrace and the sad thing is I kept my composure and did not yell nor curse at anybody and still was disrespected and hap to order food for everyone from another pizza place I didn’t even have a taste for Papa John’s anymore
