Horrible not much else to say. Way over priced. Staff inside was rude and loud, highly unprofessional. I know it's just a fast food place but so is Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell never seen or heard anything like this from their employees.

While I was ordering the food through the drive-thru the cashier kept telling me how much it was and I was not finished with my order. Did this 2 times. I had to ask him if I could please finish ordering my food. It's not like I was indecisive or wasting time.

Took an hour to get my food. They forgot half of it. Whole time the crew is inside playing around. They lost so much business just from people getting frustrated and just driving off.

This Rally's used to be really good. Employees have terrible customer service, they barely speak, and like to crack jokes over the microphone at the customer's expense. Ordered 2 of the new $4 meals, and both burgers were prepared incorrectly (but correct on the receipt, so can they read?), sloppily put together, and not even warm enough to melt the cheese. The only thing fresh was apple pies and a close second goes to the fries. I guess cramming both meals into 1 bag is to deter people from being able to check their order before they pull off.. smh.. please find some employees who want to do their jobs. 🙄

This is a dying establishment with employees that are single-handedly destroying the neighborhood. Don't ever come here this is a black hole where your money is wasted. And they'll mess your order up and then tell you they forgot you even had an order.
I can't compliment the service of this place enough. Great food and stellar service; can't ask for anything more from a fast food joint.

We received our food quickly. Prices were reasonable, and the food was hot. The service was also good!

First time eating here and I was VERY impressed. There were a good amount of cars ahead of me but they got through really quickly. The food was really good and you can just tell their beef patties are fresh NOT frozen. Their fries are AMAZING too.
