When I realized what I picked up was not what I ordered, I called just to let them know, neither wanting nor expecting anything in return. Rita's Pizza has been a long time favorite since one of my son's worked there for awhile. It's hard to go wrong in my house if I bring home thin crust pepperoni, cheese or cheese and pinneaple.

Picked up pizza I called in, ready in 20min they said. 20 min later walked in got home 5 min away, Pizza was cold, pizza was cutup straight across like it was square instead of round, bread sticks were flat old and greasy. Marinara sause witn them was ice cold. Will not be going there again.

My pizza bread is uncooked and it isn’t firm, it’s very sloppy and breaks away very easily. Unfortunately I can’t come back and wait for another pizza because I do have plans and a schedule. Is there any way that Ritas can rebuild their reputation with me by cooking my pizza all the way baked and giving me the veggies that I paid for?
