The young man taking my carry out order, didn’t know what went on an Italian hoagie and asked me if I wanted to add the sandwich when I said I want lettuce, tomato, and onions. When I asked him what goes on it he says I don’t know and I looked came and said can you ask? And grab a menu so I found it and he did. I also ordered cheese fries. And I asked for provolone cheese instead of white American. After I cashed out I asked are you new? He just shrugged his shoulders. And I said well you need to learn that menu you’ll get better tips. He mumbled something and then said honestly I really don’t care. So I got my $12 and Sam sent sub home. It does not have salami is got a cheap grade pastrami, and it was not even totaled 3 ounces of meat. Decent amount of onions the typical tomatoes slices almost no lettuce. The kitchen said they didn’t have provolone and I said mozzarella and they looked at me white cheese and I said mozzarella they said OK, you can’t even mozzarella on it. As for the cheese fries, I got a slice of cheesecake. Third time in two years. I’ve tried to place it right around the corner from my house. Will not be going again. Any manager that has someone upfront that tells a customer I really honestly don’t care doesn’t want to be a business.
