Ordered basic Nachos and they couldn’t even get those correct. The first batch of nachos came out with sprinkled cheese and bell peppers. In the description of there nachos never did it say anything about onions or bell peppers, so I sent them back and ask the lovely bartender what happened to the queso and why are onions and bell peppers on my nachos. Clearly the menu states queso, cheese, jalapeño, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream. She had the cook remake my nachos which took 45minutes and still with no luck they came out cold, meat was unseasoned and I got a special sauce which was claimed to be queso. I have been to this establishment many of times and ordered nachos never have I had this issue. Very disappointed and will not be back. But let me emphasize the bartender was very polite and understanding I will rate her a 5 the cook negative -5

Went for the 1st time this weekend visiting from north carolina and the food is so good the lobster dip is delicious. The shrimp Cajun pasta was good that I ate it leftover for breakfast. I tasted the mac and cheese that was even good.

Where do I begin.Scoreboards is one of those places where it isn't a hit or a miss.Since the day they opened, their customer service , food and environment have been consistently GREAT!!The food is always seasoned. The seafood is fresh , and the menu selection is ??.The customer service,even when they first opened and had minimal waitress , has always been friendly and welcoming.As far as the environment , it's social and has its own sports bar vibe. The mangers and security are always present and attentive.For me, it's a win . You get food, music, sports and drinks ; all in a safe environment.

I had the lobster dip with chips.. It had chucks of lobster in it.. Cream cheese spinich shredded cheese melted on top and seasoning blended in the dip. Served with red white and blue tortilla chips.. I think they made the chips.. It was good. May try again.

Ordered from here after hearing all the great reviews and my food was good smelling had a great taste but was not in the proper container for pasta.. that's not what upset me, I called and asked what could be done about it and was left on hold and after about 8 min was told call back later to talk to a manager.This could have been resolved simply by asking me to either bring the meal back and replace it or simply just replacing the 25 dollar tray of food...Update: Shaun was true to his word he replaced the meal and I even had a drink.. better then good food I enjoy great customer service

The food wasn't all the good especially for the price of it. The service that I had wasn't great either the waitress that we had was nice at first but then when we paid for our food she changed the 3 of us gratuity for 10 people and when we tried to tell her that a mistake was made she just looked at us and walked about then we were all still trying to get her attention she continuously ignored us. We had to get another waitress to get our original waitress and the manager to deal with the situation. But the original waitress run into the back in the kitchen. I will not waste my money or time here at scoreboards.
