If you're thinking about going here, just go through the drive thru or goto the Kroger Starbucks around the corner. It'll honestly be faster than walking inside to order. I walked in and ordered one latte today. I was the only patron in there. It took them 15 minutes to make my coffee. Would've been longer if I hadn't stood up and asked for it. Everyone was working pretty hard, but only for drive thru orders. Saw about 10-15 vehicles go through the drive thru before I started asking questions. Seems like they don't even want to help anyone who walks in anymore. I even had to raise my voice and ask anyone for help because I was looked at by no less than five baristas, and all discarded me until they saw that I was now upset. I asked why it was taking so long to make a latte. They told me they were pretty backed up. How are you so "backed up" if I'm the only one in there? At $7.50 for a standard latte, I don't need my time wasted with a side of disrespect.

I spend Money Here at least 5 to 8 times a Day Very Advid Starbucks Drinker, I Visit this One as Said at Least 4 Times a Day Well this Past Saturday on June 22 2024.. I was in the Drive Thru at 7:56 PM and there Was 5 Cars Ahead of Me I Got to The Screen to Order at Exactley 7:59 right at 8 pm amd the Lady Tells Me We Are Closed So I Leave the Drive Thru Go to The Door My Wife is then told At the Door We are Closed thjs Was Still Right at 8 pm The Guy Says I'm Sorry if I do it for you I got to do it fir everybody I & My Wife are Saying Bro we Was In Line Anyhow I Felt Totally Disrespected as a Avid Starbucks Fan I Really will Not Be Using Your Starbucks On Fredeick Blvd & I will be Sharong this Experience Threwout Socail Media & Other Platforms So People Can See How Your Treated Legit Everyday I Spend 20 to 27 Dollars Everytime I Pull Up and Purchase Sad Part is You All Know Me Well And to be Treated That Way Was In My Opinion Awful ? But as Said You All Lost My Business at Yiur Starbucks Over Nit Serving Me and and the Emplyess Acting Like they did to Me and My Wife I literally Gave Yall Tips 3 to 5 Dollars a Trip that's 20 to 25 a Day in Tips I gave jist to make My Drinks amd Was told We Are Closed while you jad 5 Cars Ahead Of me but let me get to the order screen to tell me that your Closed all I wanted was my evening drink of brown sugar Shaken Expresso like I had to high tail to high st and Tyre neck Rd to Get Me a Drink Anyhow I just wanted to Share My Experience of Frederick Blvd Starbucks on June 22 nd 2024 Night Time literlly was in Drive Thru Line at 7 56 pm and got to Screen to be Told Ya Was Closed with Cars ahead of me in line to serve like wow

Customer service is below average. They do not know how to use their own POS system. Be prepared to wait 20+ mins in line. Be prepared for them to mess up your order. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks, ever.

Popped in over the weekend (12/17/23) for a quick treat, the guys running the store were awesome! They made everything exactly as requested and even talked to my 4 year about what kind of hot chocolate he wanted.

Kid-friendliness: My son got a peppermint hot chocolate, it was made to the perfect kid friendly temperature and the cashier was so kind and friendly to him!

This would easily be a Five Star if you would put up signage above the drive thru and mobile order lines, We sat in our spot for 10 minutes because people didn’t know which side was which and were blocking all of the mobile order spots waiting for their turn in the drive through.

Parking: Not a good parking set up, mobile order parking spots blocked in by drive-thru patrons due to a lack of signage directing drivers to the correct side
