Lately they are always out of stock of the syrup and milks for making their usual specialty or seasonal drinks. Some of the newer staff are not as pleasant on giving alternatives to orders if out of stock. Senior staff have been really good at giving suggestions. Area is very loud when trying to place orders.

The experience we had to Encounter at rivers casino by a Starbucks employee was uncalled for. Website says they close at 2am but at 1:45 a gentle with Red Hair says obviously we’re closed when I asked were they open. There’s no signage saying the location closes 15minutes early. We were called losers and had security called on us. When security arrive and saw we were not the aggressor, he then asked could they put us out. Security told him no. I’m never for anyone losing their job but at some point he needs to be behind the scene, working with the public is not his specialty. And as for the lady manager who was on duty and watched him talk to every single customer rude needs to disciplined as well. As manager I would never allow my staff to disrespect any customer for asking a simple question. Are you guys open and especially when it says you close at 2am not 1:45am.

Sandwich could have had a little more pastrami. Swiss melt on the rye . Sandwich Came a little sloppy. The kitchen was not busy at all. I was the only customer at the time. Cook needs to pay more attention to detail. Presentation is everything.
The Starbucks in the casino is really fast. The ladies back there are very nice. And my coffee is always good.

Okay, I don’t even drink Starbucks anymore, but my uncle took me here. They ran out of cold brew so I got an iced coffee with sweet cream on top and it was thee best sweet cream in a drink I’ve ever had. EVER. It was frothy literally the entire time I drank it and just the perfect balance of cream and coffee. Every sip was an unreal experience for my tastebuds.
