Every time my order gets completely screwed up and I am not even ordering anything crazy! Cappuccino with light milk and light foam plus 2 extra shots of espresso. How hard is it? Im changing location for sure!

Stinky starbucks... have been here a few different times and every time I get a water there are floaters in it. Dirty ice machine. They probably do not clean their equipment properly.

First time visiting this location, the attention from staff was quick, and drinks were made right away. Nice vibes inside and pretty much quiet. The parking lot was pretty full so i drove around back looking for more parking but ultimately wound up in the drive thru line. Fortunately i was able to back out. I remember when this location was my favorite Bp gas station lol

I love Starbies. Employees are always very nice. Like, thanks, your hair looks cute too! Atmosphere is chill, although the music could be turned down just a smidgen inside so you can hear yourself think when getting some work done.

The service is getting better. I particularly don’t like talking to Sydney; seems to be in a bad mood for some reason. Everyone else is nice though. Please fix or remove the fencing on the drive thru that someone ran into. Also why is there boxes to the front of the store by the windows? Maybe some privacy fencing or window film? They do always have every item on the menu. I do like this place but need some TLC and good cleaning.

This is such a great Starbucks location. Everyone who works here is kind, friendly, and helpful. Liz, the manager, runs the store well it seems and always makes time to talk to customers. I come here more than I really need to just because it’s a real joy to come in and see all the great people here!

What I ordered was a Venti Flat White extra hot, what I got was what I think was a latte and it has some flavor (?Vanilla?) in it and it was warm, not extra hot. I only allot myself one a month ( I'm on a budget or else I would get one everyday). Very disappointed, would have returned it if I had the time today.
Dietary restrictions: As I said above I simply asked for a Venti Flat White - what I got had a flavored addition which is a problem for me as I am diabetic.

Every time i come here there’s always bad customer service. I will stop going to this particular location. Rude baristas, ignoring customers laughing amongst one another. Orders placed ahead still not ready in 20 minutes. Employees need a refresher. Drinks are never made correctly, i don’t even bother with food. Then the drink was made while i was at the window… WOW
