This is such a great Starbucks location. Everyone who works here is kind, friendly, and helpful. Liz, the manager, runs the store well it seems and always makes time to talk to customers. I come here more than I really need to just because it’s a real joy to come in and see all the great people here!
I go to this location weekly and am always pleased! The employees are always friendly, the food and drinks amazing, and the service speedy!

What I ordered was a Venti Flat White extra hot, what I got was what I think was a latte and it has some flavor (?Vanilla?) in it and it was warm, not extra hot. I only allot myself one a month ( I'm on a budget or else I would get one everyday). Very disappointed, would have returned it if I had the time today.
Dietary restrictions: As I said above I simply asked for a Venti Flat White - what I got had a flavored addition which is a problem for me as I am diabetic.

Every time i come here there’s always bad customer service. I will stop going to this particular location. Rude baristas, ignoring customers laughing amongst one another. Orders placed ahead still not ready in 20 minutes. Employees need a refresher. Drinks are never made correctly, i don’t even bother with food.
Then the drink was made while i was at the window… WOW

Starbucks please stop using damaged cups because you’re too cheap to throw it away and use a good one. I’m sick of the top popping off and coffee going all over my truck. Are you going to pay the $200 to clean my truck? Get it together. Before you get your feelings hurt from this review just know this hurts my feelings to get a damaged cup. You all apparently don’t appreciate or value your customers and it’s hurtful since we pay your way.
