Decently big Starbucks location with lots of seating. Staff is always fast when I go early in the morning. You know what you're getting with the coffee. Not the best, but consistent.

Shelly was awfully rude to me for absolutely no reason. She had a horrible attitude and just seemed to not want to help me in any way shape or form. I felt rushed and like I was bothering her. This Starbucks used to be so good, sad to see service go down like that.
I just want to say Bailey was do helpful in getting my drink right. Very great customer service and a beautiful smile. I love service like this especially in portsmouth... great job Bailey
