Shelly was awfully rude to me for absolutely no reason. She had a horrible attitude and just seemed to not want to help me in any way shape or form. I felt rushed and like I was bothering her. This Starbucks used to be so good, sad to see service go down like that.

The people who work here are so polite and kind. Drinks taste good and they'll happily remake if you're not satitisfied with them.

The people who work here are absolutely wonderful and are always so nice! They are always hustling to get your order out fast! The only downfall is the drive thru situation. The people of Portsmouth do not know how human decency works. They block the lane when trying to leave every. single. time. Probably because they think someone is trying to cut in line.. Which is fair seeing as the majority of the people here are rude and selfish to a level that's unheard of and do cut the line often. The employees here are amazing, but it's just not worth it dealing with this low IQ community.
