I have been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now and I thought this was the best one in the area. They last few times that I have been there the service has really gone down. I always get a mocha latte but up until recently they have really been bad. Bring both the old crew.

I am completely disappointed. I have been craving a Starbucks mocha even though I haven’t been trying to support them but I gave in. Anyway I order a mocha they give me a white mocha . It’s annoying that I spent 8.40 after tax on a very simple drink yet they can’t even get it correct . Starbucks do better or charge less . Also I had my mother pick up the order since I had to work, that’s why I was not able to correct the issue right when I got the drink.

Great place to visit for a meal or a beverage. Nice selection of snacks, sandwiches, and coffee drinks. Friendly staff, very clean location, and ample parking. Convenient location right off I -264 and Frederick Blvd.

The item I was looking for is discontinued. Chicken pesto is no longer on there menu.
came in and ordered a 12 oz drip no one in store no one in drive thru took time for chatting employees to approach register then all stood around and chatted for approx 3 to 4 min before making i'm going to assume it is because I did not tip for them to pour a drip coffee is this the new Starbucks customer service model? great way to loose customers congrats on your hustle

Just recieved the best pumpkin cream chai I’ve ever had in my life!!! Also missed the guys name but whoever was working the drive through this morning with the ginger beard was just so sweet! Such a delight to help break me out of the typical morning grogginess :) give him a raise!!

The NERVE to ask for a tip when Starbucks is already HIGH AS EVER! I’m struggling to come up with the the almost ten dollars for a cup of coffee filled with SUGAR! But no worries you HAVE INSPIRED ME TO MAKE COFFEE AT HOME!!!!
