I would advise to avoid ordering from this location this is the second time I have ordered from them for my order to be wrong. I paid an extra $2.80 for bacon to not get it at all and also both subs were supposed to be toasted and neither were when I called the location the owner or manager yelled at me and argued with me that it was toasted and that I did not order bacon even though I have my receipt. In the picture you can see that they were never toasted whatsoever and that there is no bacon. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting.

Don’t come to the one in Portsmouth in the victory blvd shopping center, Trying to figure out how I can order a protein bowl online the app online but they don’t have them in the store, doesn’t make sense, that alone made me delete the app

I had a great experience at Subway recently, and I want to give a special shout-out to Nargis! She is an outstanding worker—friendly, efficient, and always with a smile. She prepared my sandwich with care and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and values customer satisfaction. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone so dedicated and professional. Keep up the amazing work, Nargis!

This location was so much better. Music was playing. Service was great. They honored my request to put mayo on first and they were able to prioritize mobile orders without sacrificing the customers who just walk in. Store was clean also

Every single time I come here I get the same toasted sub and every time the bread is COLD. The meat is cold, the cheese isn’t melted and I specifically put notes to make it Extra Toasted. Not sure if they’re lazy or don’t bake their subs long enough to get them done quickly. Absolutely terrible food serving.

Haven't been to Subway in along time, I will now make sure to not eat there even longer now. The food was mediocre for the high price of almost 40 dollars for 2 subs chips/drink. Subs were smaller then the average persons wrists, the staff barely spoke English, the menu is an absolute cluster to try and figure out what subs there are now (on top of the high prices for them). I got a Spicy Italian and a Turkey B.L.T. sub, nothing special and they've had them forever. Some how neither guy by the time I was ringing up my order knew what I had and seemed to have a discussion in a foreign language in front of me. I told the guy cashing me out I had a spicy Italian and turkey b.l.t. w/chips and drink, at which point he was completely ignoring me talking to him and continued talking back and forth with the other worker. The total I was told was $30 dollars and change, I look at my bank account a few hours later and see 37.29 from Subway.... Where'd the extra 7 dollars come from Subway? Your people didn't give me a receipt, spoke a foreign language, and the amount taken was more than I was told checking out. Pretty shisty business Subway and really rude to have people working a job in the U.S. who probably can speak English and are choosing to speak something they know the customer probably don't speak living in Virginia, USA.... Will never eat here again. Honestly, there are better sub places, I rolled the dice with yall and got snake eyes...
