Haven't been to Subway in along time, I will now make sure to not eat there even longer now. The food was mediocre for the high price of almost 40 dollars for 2 subs chips/drink. Subs were smaller then the average persons wrists, the staff barely spoke English, the menu is an absolute cluster to try and figure out what subs there are now (on top of the high prices for them). I got a Spicy Italian and a Turkey B.L.T. sub, nothing special and they've had them forever. Some how neither guy by the time I was ringing up my order knew what I had and seemed to have a discussion in a foreign language in front of me. I told the guy cashing me out I had a spicy Italian and turkey b.l.t. w/chips and drink, at which point he was completely ignoring me talking to him and continued talking back and forth with the other worker. The total I was told was $30 dollars and change, I look at my bank account a few hours later and see 37.29 from Subway.... Where'd the extra 7 dollars come from Subway? Your people didn't give me a receipt, spoke a foreign language, and the amount taken was more than I was told checking out. Pretty shisty business Subway and really rude to have people working a job in the U.S. who probably can speak English and are choosing to speak something they know the customer probably don't speak living in Virginia, USA.... Will never eat here again. Honestly, there are better sub places, I rolled the dice with yall and got snake eyes...

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I WILL GO TO YADKIN RD OR AIRLINE BLVD!!!! THE INDIAN GUY THAT WORKED ON FEB 29/2024 WAS MORE THAN RUDE!!! HE HAS A RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE! I PAID ONLINE AND HE TILD ME THAT THE ONLINE PRICE WAS WRONG! THEN HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $6!!!!! OMG!!!!! I WAS BEYOND MAD!!!! IF THE WEBSITE TOOK MY MONEY FOR THAT PRICE THEN TOU SHOUD HONOR IT!!!!!

The man who was working the day I went last week you could tell he loved what he was doing. Very nice, atentative, amazing customer service, funny great atmosphere and sub as well. A huge step up from the last I was here.

I love how the staff used clean gloves to prepare my sandwich. He clearly understood when I stated I was vegan and he didn't offer cheese or meats or any size that vegan cannot eat. That shows knowledge of product very well!Vegetarian options: VEGAN OPTIONS are easy to be made here!

I thought I had finally found a fast food restaurant on George Washington Highway and Victoy Blvd but.... nope. The young black guy with the dreads and glasses working there had a horrible attitude and just threw my sandwiches ntogether, however the restaurant was neat and clean.

This is by far the WORST Subway ever. I swear when it comes to the food it is horrible. I’ve tried this place a few times and it literally makes me want to quit eating Subway altogether. This particular day (8/25/22)… I made an online order for a footlong spicy Italian and six inch Philly cheesesteak because they had a promo in the app. Buy a footlong and get the six inch free. Because my son and I like both, I was cool with it. However once we pick up the food and get home… the bread is ROCK hard like they forgot it was in the toaster. However upon looking at it, it was not burnt which let me know the bread was STALE… which was confirmed once tasting it. I mean really? STALE ROCK HARD BREAD… I just can not. Subway has lost me as a customer. No one has money to waste on food that’s not even edible. We ended up getting something from JJ. SMH.

Very unprofessional I walked in 1 in the afternoon waiting about 10 minutes before somebody came from the back just for her to tell me the oven was turned off & it won’t be turned on til 5 in the afternoon.. how does a sub place turn a toaster on late in the evening

20 minutes before I left with only one other person in line! Made sandwich wrong. Someone left old, opened brown avocado on the line. No free cookie with my avocado!! Overall not a great experience!

Does this look like less onions to you? No and how is an employee gonna tell me this is less onions and refuse to make my food. (On top of that I ordered CHICKEN BREAST and got chunked chicken. Workers Tell me to leave the store when I ask them why they can’t remake it. Tell me it’s a waste of product as if it’s coming out of their pocket. I call and ask for a manager and they say “oh this is a prank call” because they know my number because I’ve been trying to contact the manager since Shriner service has switched to automated only. I’ve contacted subway online twice and the manager emailed me back and said thanks we will get this to the team for a better experience for you. I don’t want a better experience now with your store I will take my service and money to another store if at all.
