The restaurant looked new or at least newly renovated. Unfortunately that’s the only positive thing about this subway location.

First off the gentleman who served me was way more interested in his phone than doing his job and making my sandwiches. Not only was he slow but extremely unattentive. I had to tell him 3 times what kind of cheese I wanted, only to get home and find that it was wrong.

Lastly take a look at the photos, where’s the meat? Spending almost $30 on two subs that wouldn’t feed or fill up a toddler… SMH. Please just don’t waste your time or money going to this location.

Placed an online order and they prepared my food improperly and refused to remake. They did not put the proper meat on my sandwich, skimped on ingredients, and completely excluded ingredients without informing me. Then after the employee dug through my sandwich they still refused to remake it. The manager wasn’t there so an employee called them on their personal phone so he could tell me I was wrong. One employee was playing on his phone in the back in one hand and preparing food in the other hand. I showed on the app what I ordered and the employee told me “thats just advertising.” Not worth the stress over some bread meat and vegetables.

Horrible, lack of customer service, rude workers. I just brought two cookies: chocolate chip and macadamian, both were hard and burnt. I was on my way back home didnt notice until i took some bites. Horrible.

An ambling pace, lack of control between salad additions leading to cross-introduction between the banana pepper juice and the in-bin salad items, the mammoth-sized ranch portion and general lack of efficiency lead to a supremely disappointing experience.

Lettuce was browned in areas. Onion container has bits of other vegetables inside.
Errors in service: Napkins haphazardly thrown in. Neutral, dismissive attitude from workers. Ordered (2) Oatmeal Raisin cookies, not included in bag.
Discrepancies noted during tour: Cookies mislabeled. Overhead ventilation ducts dirty. Floor sticky in places.

This Subway is so clean and it looks really new. There is also a very sweet lady who was working behind the counter. Those are the ONLY things I can say good about this place. I believe that the owner of the store is the one that helped me which is crazy bc not only did he make me a very disappointing sandwich, but his customer service was horrible. He was EXTREMELY slow. I came at lunch time on a Friday and he acted like he had all the time in the world. He made my sandwich on the tiniest bread, gave me hardly any turkey, put nasty pieces of spinach on it, crowded all of the veggies on one side, then smothered it in ranch, making it very sloppy. And he cut the bread in the weirdest way, leaving the very end of the bread together so that when I opened it to rearrange everything, it made a mess bc I wasn't expecting it to be cut that way. I stayed in the building to eat and overheard him interacting with other customers. They had to repeat themselves multiple times bc it's obvious he wasn't listening. And he was also interrupting people! Overall, this experience sucked and I definitely won't be coming back here.

Always came to this location for years because I really liked the previous franchise owner, he was a really nice guy. Went here on Feb 6 2025 under the previous franchise owner, and got my subway club with double meat (very good portion of meat) and it was $16.21 total and as usually it was really good. Can here today (Mar 26 2025) and knew as soon as I walk in the door, it wasn't the same cheerful people no longer working there and nothing but foreigners running the place, got the same exact subway club with double meat and it was a whopping $18.14, and no way near the amount of double meat I use to get under the previous franchise owner. I always avoid going to establishments that are own and run by foreigners because they are so damn greedy and price gouging. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We have never encountered such awful customer service in our entire lives. RUDE employees, blaming the customer for THEM making the wrong sub that was ordered correctly online!!

will sit and make online order after online order slow and steady right in front of you before ever addressing the people in line. situated right next to a grocery store and never has fresh veggies. attitudes, dirty looks, and expect to be asked to repeat yourself a few times. meat and bread are always good tho even 25 minutes later.

The customer service sucks. I came in with a decent order 6 subs and she rudely told me I should have ordered online because they don’t do huge order during lunch. Umm excuse me I thought this was subway and the last time I checked ordering online is optional. They are lazy and they don’t want to work. Its independently owned and with that type of attitude they will be losing money every day. Stank attitudes lose every time.
