I order my subs online and came in after an hour and my order still was not ready. And the staff had an attitude with me, like I did something wrong. I try to show the staff on the app. that I placed my order at this location but I was initially ignored, then I was told the machine was down. And after just waiting around the staff actually checked the machine and saw my order online. Food was good but that customer service on this occasion was bad.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I ordered online, so I was wondering if the subs would be right (not watching them be made as usual). Best sub I've ever had! I asked for extra EXTRA black olives, which means you get 6 in most places. They hooked me up! The place was CLEAN, too! Definitely my new Subway!!!

Sub not toasted. No cheese on my salad when all you have to do is READ the online order. It's all right there. Asked for no mayo... and I got mayo. What's the point of being able to customize your order If you're just going to give me What you want to have? Wrong cheese on the sub. One word... AWFUL!!!

The young lady working there today has a nasty attitude. She acted as if my husband was asking her for a kidney when he asked for it to be toasted. She ripped the bun and everything. If she doesn't want to be there, quit ma'am??‍♀️

Ordered a tuna wrap vía DoorDash. I was looking forward to a nice lunch. My order arrived and I began eating it, a few bites in I realized that it was a wrap with nothing but vegetables. How do you forget the tuna in a tuna wrap? I'm not sure but somehow someone at this location found a way to mess even that up.

Terrible subway. Like really bad. Food quality is poor and the employees service wise is extremely poor. It’s kind of hard to do something as simple as subway poorly. But alas this one has accomplished that. Do yourself a favor, drive an extra 3-5 minutes to a different subway because there’s LITERALLY one every few miles.
