Not open when they say they’re open. Couldn’t get in at 9:15am but they saw me trying to open the door. Nobody came to let me in but I heard them unlock the door when I was already half way down the sidewalk. Not sure they can hire decent reliable people, especially considering the other reviews I’m reading.

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of veggies to choose from. However, I tried the chicken salad wrap. It was very pleasing to the palate; although somewhat dry. It lacked dressing. They have good food and service; but the sandwiches are very over priced. With tax, I paid $11.00 for one chicken salad wrap. Many of us can't afford those prices, plus they expect a tip.

I totally loved subway of Portsmouth. Loved the food, loved the ambience. Loved the staff, especially sandy. Sandy was very jolly and active person. I would love to come again and eat the food prepared by sandy in subway.
