I totally loved subway of Portsmouth. Loved the food, loved the ambience. Loved the staff, especially sandy. Sandy was very jolly and active person. I would love to come again and eat the food prepared by sandy in subway.

It’s not clean as it should be. Gnats flying by the drink station. While the girls are in the back talking…they should be cleaning with bleach water solution. This place made me lose my appetite, I don’t even wanna eat my sub now.Manager…don’t leave the kids unattended…they aren’t ready to operate without a manager on duty.

Placed order on line. They totally screwed up the order. The place was nice and clean.
Rude when I called and unhelpful. Did an online order and they had 30 minutes to get it ready. 3 subs. All wrong none of them toasted, mixed up items, one didn’t even have cheese on it. Careless children left alone to run an establishment they have no business running. Was told I was “free to leave a review” when I called, so yea here you go. If you’re gonna go here then you have to watch them make your food otherwise it will be wrong and a waste of money. No apology by the way just attitude, and I got off the phone knowing they thought it was funny to inconvenience people.
