Unfortunately I use the app to order my food from here and it seems that they’re always out for something or certain machines are down. Of course when you order off the app they never tell you this until you go to pick up your food.

Unfortunately (AGAIN) my last visit I was told that they couldn’t do my Mexican pizza because their steamer was down… that’s the only reason I even order from them.

I asked them to just cancel my order. I was told that I would have to do that in the app, only there’s nowhere to do that. Had to fight to get my money back and then was told through an email that it would take 5-7 business days and yet I’m still waiting.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. We went as a crew on lunch break. Food was late reminded them food was late they continued to make other orders that were put in after ours. I got fed up and left

Food has been pretty average but the customer service and disrespect at this store is nuts. They constantly rush you to order now and said they make the food as you order it and gave us a problem about changing the order. Never had an issue until today and not coming back anytime soon. GM needs to come to this store and have a talk with some of these employees.

Ordered on the app. Went inside when it said it would be ready. Waited 10 more mins before being asked what I was waiting for. There was nobody at the counter and people waiting. When I finally got my food it was tossed on the counter. No name tags either. Looking for another location even though this one is in walking distance.

It doesn't seem like it should be difficult to read the order and put the items in the bag. They already get paid too much for a minimum skilled job which they can't even do right.

The Mad Agent

I went to this location on Frederick Blvd in Portsmouth, Va on 9/19/24 around 2pm. Having been to this location many times before, I could never have expected the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced that day. I placed an order through the drive-through for black bean soft tacos. but when I told the person taking my order that the menu wasn’t populating on the screen the right way she asked me to pull around in a frustrating manner. Once I got To the window, it was 4 or 5 employees just standing in the window, looking at me in a very threatening manner. At that point, the lady with the headphone on and said that she wasn’t gonna serve me. So I asked to speak to the manager. But she said she was the manager. but she wouldn’t provide a name at first. But eventually, she said her name was Jasmine. when I asked her the name of The general manager she wouldn’t give it to me. So I left feeling like I’ve never felt before after leaving a Taco Bell. I submitted a complaint to corporate who said someone from the store would contact me in 3 days. But Finally I got a call from the general manager named Ann Marie 4 weeks later!! And talk about attitude affecting leadership, Marie seemed uninterested and disengaged from this entire process and unwilling to try to establish an UN biased opinion and resolution. I felt like She’s too close to the store employees in question so she couldn’t be unbiased. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE LOCATION EVER!! I Staff was rude and disrespectful.

I go in and eat I don't really go through the drive-thru I always choose to go in because everything is just changed so much I like to just get out of my car and order food AC unit person that I'm ordering from that's just me I've not come across one rude employee or a bad experience I've always had my food hot here and made awsome in my experiences here, though the prices are still high they do seem to have a inexpensive Taco on Sundays I said give it a try get out the car go sit down and eat I love you have a good experience just like I do they got a good team working there
