The employees here make it easy to come back, food’s always hot and I don’t think I’ve ever had my order messed up. Normally I don’t leave reviews but felt these people deserved to be recognized. Best taco bell in the 757 🙌

First off I just finish my new chicken burrito. It was ok put then I saw it had no avocado after she ask me if I wanted some. I paid 7.14 for the order to be wrong. I bet I paid extra for avocado 🥑

When I went through the drive thru. I was advised they had no soda at the time. Which honestly is why I went. I was in the middle of a migraine. But with the way the drive Thru is constructed. I was stuck. And I was in no mood to go somewhere else. I got the sweet tea. It was ok. But then while I was waiting at the window. The girl taking orders was holding my napkins and straw and decided that was a great time to put on lip gloss. Using the same hand she was holding my stuff in to apply her gloss Ewww.

They didnt give me like 90% of my order and then told my dasher they “couldn’t do anything” like what do you mean?? They’re so aggravating every time. I’d go and get it myself but the dudes who work the drive thru are creepy as hell lol

There were two guys in here working by themselves today. That is right! Two guys running a taco bell by themselves.

If there are only two employees where the heck are the owners. Probably out spending all that sweet cash those dudes are not getting paid. Seriously, anyone needs a food cook that can stock and keep up with mobile, counter, drive through orders. Hire these guys even as bartenders.

My food was made on time. You owe these guys for stay n cause my experience is corporations do not pay enough to show up, on time.

Honestly my mistake for not reading the comments before going to a Taco Bell but boy should I have! I am from out of town and went here to get quick dinner. I ordered through the drive through first and they got the order wrong and put beef, cheese, and rice instead of beans, cheese, and rice, (I am a Vegetarian and have been my whole life so meat would make me very sick so it was lucky i checked the receipt and avoided that). So I went in and talked to them and told them exactly what I wanted and I thought it was all fixed when they remade my food and fixed the pricing. But no I get home and big surprise the food and price is still wrong they gave me two burritos with just pinto beans nothing else and then forgot my tomato's on my taco even though I paid an extra 75 cents for them! My order was ligit just three easy items off the dollar menu and they managed to screw it up not once but twice! I have never had such a bad experience with a Taco Bell in my life and I will never ever be going to that location ever again. I will be going back in the morning to show proof of the problems and hopefully get my money back (also i was completely over charged) bc it is to late to go out there tonight.
P.S. I have never left a Google review and barely ever complain bc I know how hard food service is as I have worked it before but Taco Bell Management you should seriously think about hiring a team that actually knows how to do their jobs bc the one currently there at least when I went tonight had no idea what was going on. I spoke to 3 guys they still got it all wrong and no one there actually looked like they knew anything at all, I could have done a better job doing their jobs as an 18 year old who has never worked at Taco Bell (plus you could hear them cussing while talking to each other from inside and also outside the restaurant bc the door to the kitchen that connects to the outside was wide open, which doesnt bother me but it is not appropriate when children could be around to hear that).
Oh yeah and I threw everything away.
