If you're into slow service awful food and sticky floors then you have found the place this is the worst Taco Bell in Virginia not only are they rude but they never have your order right first they tell you to go to the first window then they tell you to go to the second window then when you go to the correct window they tell you we're closed.

Waited 20 min at the window didn’t get my food just left because what takes that long to make a Taco Bell? Absolutely nothing. Wasn’t even busy, wasn’t even a car in front of me.

This place always takes along time thru the drive thru line and I never get what I order right. There's other KFC in the area that are better.

Husband asked SPECIFICALLY for no sour cream, no cheese on my chalupas. Not only was the request order entirely ignored, they didn't even give us the FULL ORDER. We're missing an ENTIRE meal. My husband drove off thinking they did right, but they didn't AND didn't give him a receipt. $46 dollars spent and they don't even answer phones. NEVER spending a penny here again and letting EVERYONE at the shipyard know how bad it is. This isn't even the first time. This store straight up is terrible in EVERY way. If I could give negative stars I would.

Got to the speaker in the drive thru sat there for 5 minutes was not greeted, when I went to the window the girl made a face and ripped open the window and said it’ll be a 5 minute wait twice with no politeness! This Taco Bell sucks! The worst one in Hampton Roads. Not the first time I’ve encountered a bad experience at this specific location. The time was 11:20 am on October 6, and there were no other cars in the whole parking lot or drive thru.

The food was typical KFC, no surprises. However, the restaurant was dirty. The kind of dirty that would not happen if there was a competent manager on duty. I was in the restaurant for 20 minutes as they did not have any extra crispy chicken prepared. While waiting, I noticed that the tables were in need of cleaning as well as the floor. Which was curious as there were three workers standing around doing nothing. I also noticed that the ordering counter was dirty. When I looked in the kitchen I could see that the work areas and floor were dirty. Again, surprising as there were three workers not doing anything. As I have worked in restaurants I know the old adage, "If you have time to lean you have time to clean."

Have you ever noticed that the Taco Bell on George Washington hywy prices are to the nearist dollar when you make an order??
I found out why recently.... Whant to hear it? Here we go.
They have a donation service that they tally your remaining change to without telling you. They used to ask, now they just do it.
Funny thing is when I confronted them about it, they stated the computer automatically adds the donation. Check at the window if your total comes up to be an even number. Stay safe.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Went here today for a KFC family bucket meal, asked for x-crispy chicken and they informed me that it would be a 30 minute wait because they didn’t have any crispy chicken, okay cool, I’ll wait I said. The woman on the intercom then says “hold on a minute” and comes back after 5 minutes saying I would need to come back in 30 minutes and then place my order. Idk why I couldn’t have just had my order taken then and there, cause at that rate, I would’ve been waiting upwards of an hour for FAST FOOD!! And on top of all of this, there was ONE other car in the parking lot. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
