Great taco bell, clean restrooms, stocked convenient and utensil station. If you order at lunch or dinner they may be a little busy and you may look at a 5-15 minute wait for ordering and food being made. Usually I order for in-store pick-up from the app, but you can also order drive thru pickup. Food was always hot and fresh and often times ready for pickup upon arrival when ordered ahead.

I went to this taco bell at 12:30am and the drive thru worker was so pleasant, friendly, and cheerful. Surpassed my expectations greatly, it was a nice experience. Not very often do you leave a drive thru smiling but this employee was amazing.

The guy in the drive thru today 7/3 1:45pm needs to pay more attention. He wasn’t listening to my order, I had to ask the same question twice. He was talking to other people. I get to the window and he’s talking to the young lady beside him. Hands me my bag I say thank u he says nothing because he’s still talking to the other girl. Oh wait guess what I have the wrong order when I get to work! Ridiculous.

Ordered 1 regular nacho fries, 1 chicken Quesadilla, 1Large Pepsi, and 1 side of sour cream. Didn't get nacho fries and cheese or side of sour cream, Cashier and order taker even asked for my bag back because she forgot the side of sour cream. I don't know why she did that when she didn't give it to me then either. Got 1 Large Pepsi, 1 chicken Quesadilla and beef and cheese in a soft taco. Don't know how disappointed I was when I got home and saw what I had. Won't go back to that Taco Bell again. Taco Bell 001764, 2804 Airline Blvd, Portsmouth, Va. 23701, date 2/11/2025 Order 591425. Not the 1st time they have screwed up my order.
