I ordered the downtown, cold on marbled rye. I'm not a religious man, but the highest order of angels made this sandwich. I had to eat it alone, the only way to consume this sandwich is with wanton, animalistic disregard. 100/10

Went to The Downtown Eatery and enjoyed every minute of it. It's very homey and has a very welcoming staff. The sandwiches and soups were fantastic and I couldn't be happier with our experience here. We will be coming back!

Stopped in on Saturday after getting movie tickets. Ordered the Deli sandwich, and my wife ordered the Pastrami and Swiss, we both opted for the sourdough bread. Very tasty sandwiches and a generous amount of meats. And the pickle spear was also delicious. The staff (I believe the owner) and the lady making the sandwiches were very friendly and pleasant. Looking at the menu, we've decided to go back in the near future and try other foods.

Food was bland Rubens were dry n had like no meat or sauce on them.. tomato bisque tasted like Campbell's brand tomato soup. Chicken noodle soup noodles over cooked like mush I threw them away and went somewhere else... wasted 30 plus dollars. That's just wild. Not to mention they didn't have what we wanted to try on the menu so we settled just to try it. Bad decision.
