I usually always come to this tropical smoothie and the customer service is good, however it feels like maybe glass or something from the blender was in my smoothie? This isn’t the first time it tasted like that, just wanted them to know to fix it

I absolutely love tropical smoothie!!! I visited the Victory Blvd location and Kevin was the only person working!! When I’d entered there were several customers waiting and a customer in front of me. Kevin was preparing an order came out presented the customer invited them back smiled at the customer in front of me assisted them quickly and then greeted me and assisted me. It was an absolute joy to observe such wonderful customer service. Thank you ? Kevin for making my experience...

I went there March 18th at 830 pm and the girl that took my order was so pleasant and patient with me. She did a great job with recommendations and the food was so good so glad I didn’t go anywhere else. Thank you thank you hope you see this in time to find the right person.
