Terrible service today on 11/11. I’m a us navy veteran and had to deal with attitude because we told waitress the food was made wrong. She first started off when we sat down asking to start with drinks we knew what we wanted to eat but before we can say it she walked away to another table and took their whole order. I can say more but I’m just very disappointed and it wasn’t even busy. I always come here but never had a bad experience until now. I’m sitting here and she haven’t came back yet the cook had to serve the corrected plate and asked if we needed anything else.

It's a waffle house. The food is mids on the best day. The staff is cool, funny, chill, friendly, polite, and well manored but that ain't apart of the job. Your drink gonna be empty, your food gonna be cooked almost right, and your drink gonna be empty. But they ain't kicking you out for smelling like weed tho

As I walk in I see the staff eating, and when I say eating I mean grabbing bacon off a plate, fingers and all shoving food in their mouths. Then without washing or even attempting to put gloves on. She places napkins in front of me with her spit still all over her hands. Not a great look for a food establishment. Building looks nice though.

Came in with my coworkers after working a closing shift. Food was excellent from Cybil and service was excellent from Kailyn. A great end to our day. Will definitely be back!

Staff was very welcoming on this day 8/6/2025 around 12noon our first time in this part of Virginia from New York City and the welcoming service along with food was amazing. Will definitely recommend this. Location and we will try to have breakfast here once more before leaving this weekend to go back North.
