I have nothing negative to say about this location! I love that they still take care of their customers coming into the restaurant! I've noticed that alot of fast food places tend to cater to the drive thru and online orders!

Kayla was working the drive thru and was very pleasant. She read our order back to make sure it was correct and she was smiling when we got to the window. Her attitude and smile were very much appreciated because we had already gone to the Wendy's at victory crossing where they said they were only doing online or doordash orders, and McDonald's on airline bvld where the drivethru person kept acting like she couldn't hear us even though the car is super quiet and after the fifth time of trying to order and being told to repeat it AGAIN, we left. The Wendy's on Frederick bvld is now the only one I will be going to. Thank you so much for the professionalism and great experience. Thank you Kayla and your awesome team 🙂. We will see yall again soon.

I visited this location yesterday, and I was really disappointed, I was with friends, they ordered first. I had to use the restroom, so I went to the stall, it's only 1 bathroom, and it was so filthy, and feces was all over the toilet and in it. I lost my appetite immediately, because why was the bathroom so filthy at a food place. That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If they are not cleaning the bathrooms for the customers and their self, then I definitely dont need to eat anything from this filthy establishment. My appetite was ruined, I did not even order anything, I told the rest of my group, and we all walked out. Disgusting smh 🤦🏽

Stopped in for a frosty one evening sat at the menu screen for 5 minutes before even being greeted. Finally got to order and ordered a large chocolate frosty and a caramel crunch for my wife. When we finally got to the window we were told that they were out of chocolate, why not mention that when we ordered. The cashier copped an attitude because we cancelled our order.

Not to mention there was not a single exterior light on in the parking lot or on the building at about 8 o’clock/830

Purchased a Doublstack Biggie Bag at 10:35am, hoping the food would be fresh since lunch recently started. Burger was on a slider bun, with two cold patties and unmelted cheese. Fries were definitely child size. Very disappointed. Went through drive thru or I would have returned.

Wendys fell off, my sandwich is wet in one spot and it had bubbles in one section as if someone spit on it. I did nothing wrong, just gave my order and pulled up. I was also given a hard sandwich not to long ago. I have pictures. This is disgusting behavior.

This is consistently the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. AVOID THE WENDY'S ON FREDERICK BLVD! It's the closest one to my house but i will usually drive to one further away to avoid all the headaches this location causes. Once in a while I give them another chance and every time i have ended up regretting it. They usually forget part of my order and almost every time they have been are out if something, sometimes multiple things. The worst part is that the employees are rude and lazy. On two different occasions they told me they were out of the drink i ordered then the manager told me they had it in the other fountain. The employee was just too lazy to go get it. Last week, after waiting almost 10 minutes, they didn't give me a drink and a frosty i ordered so i had to go inside to get it and 3 of the employees were rude and acting as if i inconvenienced them by asking for the items i paid for. God forbid one should actually expect you to do the job you're getting paid to do. Don't work in food service if you can't be bothered with the service part.
