11/28 @ 1027 pm employee at the drive thru though it was funny to almost spill a whole trade full of drinks into my car because she couldnt contain her attitude tours us, they seemed to have a problem when told her that I had 2 separate orders. Definitely not a customer services person!

This location has a self serve kiosk in the dining room for guests to order and pay for their food without speaking to any employees there. It has a credit card skimmer device on it, and whoever installed it try's to use the card info that they received at the wendys, across the street at the walmart on frederick blvd. I'd bet a manager or employee at Wendys is behind this. BEWARE

So we went here and were really hungry. My fiance was waiting for the food and watched one of the people making the food put their hands in boxes ungloved, another with the French fries. Someone was laughing as he demanded a refund. We did get a refund... but if you get sick after eating here its probably bc they didnt glove up or wash their hands. 🤷♀️🤮🤢 also on our ticket they put C and no one else had that on their board. Couldn't even ask our name or anything. 🙄🙄🙄

The chili is definitely tasting like a cheaper version, with less ingredients. I don't recommend.

Walking in with my family, the floor was greasy and slippery, which was unsuitable for my 67-year-old mother. With a whole team, no one was willing to take my husband's order at the register, smh. Everyone does not want to take orders on a screen. Finally, when someone finally noticed that he wanted his order taken, food made instead of giving it to him in his hand was placed on the countertop along with other customers. His order was stolen by another customer, who headed out the door. Smh now let's continue waiting .... Never again

I have nothing negative to say about this location! I love that they still take care of their customers coming into the restaurant! I've noticed that alot of fast food places tend to cater to the drive thru and online orders!

Kayla was working the drive thru and was very pleasant. She read our order back to make sure it was correct and she was smiling when we got to the window. Her attitude and smile were very much appreciated because we had already gone to the Wendy's at victory crossing where they said they were only doing online or doordash orders, and McDonald's on airline bvld where the drivethru person kept acting like she couldn't hear us even though the car is super quiet and after the fifth time of trying to order and being told to repeat it AGAIN, we left. The Wendy's on Frederick bvld is now the only one I will be going to. Thank you so much for the professionalism and great experience. Thank you Kayla and your awesome team 🙂. We will see yall again soon.

I visited this location yesterday, and I was really disappointed, I was with friends, they ordered first. I had to use the restroom, so I went to the stall, it's only 1 bathroom, and it was so filthy, and feces was all over the toilet and in it. I lost my appetite immediately, because why was the bathroom so filthy at a food place. That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If they are not cleaning the bathrooms for the customers and their self, then I definitely dont need to eat anything from this filthy establishment. My appetite was ruined, I did not even order anything, I told the rest of my group, and we all walked out. Disgusting smh 🤦🏽
