Well when you order online why the food don't get started till you pull up the other restaurants when you order online the food is ready by the time you pull up now today I ordered took my time and still the same wait time you pull up and sit 15 to 20 minutes a big inconvenience if you want to get breakfast that's why people will go to other spots now the Hardee's near it can be slow but Wendy's beat them all in the waiting game now I ordered online and the car behind me got the order before me this may be the last time , excuse the boredom but hey I'm sitting going on 30 min waiting for my order

12:30 lunch on 3/13/25 - had to hear manager on duty yelling at employee for taking trash during lunch and then arguing with another employee about prep food - busy and short handed is no excuse for yelling at employees in front of customers- plus it took 20 minutes for me to get my order with zero people inside besides me - drive through packed and priority over me standing indoors placing order. All other employees nice - just awful manager. (Ti was her name was what I was told when asked)

If you held them at gunnpoint they would still mess up your order and change your printer ink, talking bout pull up please, I try my best to avoid eating fast food and service like this

I originally ordered a family size chilly but was told they no longer carry that size so I ordered 2 large sizes. I bought it home and ended up with 3 small chilies. Upon eating it, it was not only spicy but also burnt. It burnt chunks were mixed in and some of the beans were still undercooked so they were on the firmer side. The employees need to be retrained on how to cook the food better or find a new job. Nobody wants to eat half burnt food and half undercooked food. That’s a good way of getting food poisoning and an even better way to get a lawsuit.

I come here often but tonight the drive thru was the only thing was open. The customer service rep was very rude. I asked for a number 6 which is a Spicy chicken combo with the size it comes with. She then stated “what is that, just lettuce and tomato?”
I proceed to tell her that I wanted the meal that came with the combo and a HI-C
She then stated “ Oh it comes with a medium and we don’t have any soft drinks.”
So I ask what type of drink do you all have?
By that time, due to the projection in her voice which was very rude I decided I didn’t want to purchase anything from this establishment.

Zero stars absolutely horrible service I ordered 2 different biggie bags at the speaker they said to pull to the second window so I do an she says a 5 dollar total I told her no I ordered 2 biggie bags tell her what's in it she rings me an the bagger behind her continued to say we don't do add on at the window no ma'am I did not add anything at the window I placed this order at the speaker then she gives me the lightest brown water drinks that are supposed to be coke I don't even want the drink don't bother remaking them you come is out an you still were going to give me that just looking at them you know the coke is out absolutely ridiculous drive thru only for remodeling that's understandable but do you job an actual listen to the order I literally placed the order an was naxy to the window in one minute like really get y'all's shit together
Made a mobile order and they got it completely wrong. Came back to get it fixed and they said they can't replace it since they are no longer on breakfast. They wanted to make us come back tomorrow for my breakfast. That didn't fix the fact that I didn't get my breakfast today. I told them I want a refund then cus I don't wanna come back tomorrow. They said they can't give me a refund on mobile order. I asked for something different in return then and the ge manager simply said I can't do that. You can either get your food tomorrow or get nothing. Worst service ever.

Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Everything on their menu is delicious. I normally get Bacon Baked Potatoe and a large chili. It never disappoints. Love their frostys too.

Went inside for a take out dinner. They got my order right! That alone tops Mickey Ds. Had a plain baked potato and two large chilli's with the chicken wrap and saucy nuggs. All in all not bad.
