Ordered a meal in-store online due to a long line. Sat in-store for 30 minutes for our order to be called and it was sitting behind the counter for atleast 20 minutes apparently. Never once called out if anyone was there for a pick up. The floor is sticky, the bathrooms are locked, and my fries are cold

Went to drive thru to get my kid some nuggets and ended up getting something for myself as well. While I had to be pulled up and parked (I had a special order). I was given my drink. When the order was brought out, I asked if my drink could be exchanged as the coke I ordered didn't taste right (possibly the ratio was off or the soda was simply running out). The young man immediately repeated my concerned and quickly accommodated me. All with a smile! Great customer service from the order taker to the ru ner who brought out my food. Thank you for a great experience.

Waited a half hour for food none of them seem to know what's going on what food is what. Total confusion it's a mess.
Mobile orders and pick up seem to be more important then helping the customer at the registrar. I was ignored for 20 mins not even a hi or hello before I ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous in any customer service setting. I was in wendys a total of 50 minutes just for a kids meal which didn't come with a toy and a double stack. Woman behind the counter kept trying to give me other people's orders insisting it was what I ordered. I had to pull out my receipt which wasn't even looked at others behind me were severed first on much larger orders.

I made a late night run to get some frosties tonight and made the mistake of ordering through the app. Heads up. The app does not indicate when items are out of stock and the workers will not tell you this fact until after your transaction has been processed and can’t be reversed. And yea. It’s outside of customer service hours and Im out of $10 and have NOTHING that I ordered. Absolute scam of a restaurant. If you order here make sure it’s during the day and that you have secure banking.

They have messed up 3 orders in a row. Week after week they do this. Today it was no coffee, and literally changed my grubhub order. Still tried to charge me full price.

Well when you order online why the food don't get started till you pull up the other restaurants when you order online the food is ready by the time you pull up now today I ordered took my time and still the same wait time you pull up and sit 15 to 20 minutes a big inconvenience if you want to get breakfast that's why people will go to other spots now the Hardee's near it can be slow but Wendy's beat them all in the waiting game now I ordered online and the car behind me got the order before me this may be the last time , excuse the boredom but hey I'm sitting going on 30 min waiting for my order

12:30 lunch on 3/13/25 - had to hear manager on duty yelling at employee for taking trash during lunch and then arguing with another employee about prep food - busy and short handed is no excuse for yelling at employees in front of customers- plus it took 20 minutes for me to get my order with zero people inside besides me - drive through packed and priority over me standing indoors placing order. All other employees nice - just awful manager. (Ti was her name was what I was told when asked)
