I ordered from drive thru. Ordered $5 Biggie bag plus extra order of value dries. I asked for hot fries no salt. When I received order I specifically asked casher was not fries fresh hot. Her reply was yes. My fries was barely warm. Sorry 😞 I lived 2 minutes away. I called talked with manager. It was OK. Wendy's need to train their employees better. I am going to patronize the other Wendy's because this one here it's always something 😒

Second time here, both times order given was wrong, to include my drink. They have the lobby closed, the line was so long I joust had to go somewhere else. Not coming back here.

I just went through the drive-through. It’s been empty for a long time probably because the drive-through lady sounds so confrontational while taking orders. You need to train your drive-through crew when the bell rings you ask “can I take your order?” And offer something to help them. Not yell “place your order when you’re ready.” Like stfu

Asked for chilli no chilli... asked for a baked potato didn't even have the right package to put it in.. got two burgers won't cooked right meat was red inside... alot of salt and pepper in bag but no sour cream butter or anything else... like if you don't like your job don't go let someone else have a your job that would appreciate it

Can you all not get ANYTHING right? Everytime we order anything from this store, there's ALWAYS multiple items missing and or what we do actually receive has been sitting for hours. $130 wasted for my family's dinner, since we currently don't have a working stove & everything i ordered was missing & what we did get was old as hell. I wouldn't feed my dog this crap. Oh, & they won't answer the phone either. I've called 3 times.

I placed a mobile order. I went to pick it up & was told they didn’t have any potatoes or the Frosty that I ordered. They offered me fries instead. Even though the potato cost more than the fries they won’t assist me with the price difference. It has to be done through the app. I got my order & they didn’t give me my chicken nuggets. Then the young lady at the window was not happy that I had the nerve to mention I was missing my nuggets. On top of that the fries were cold. This was my first & last time at this Wendy’s.
