I ordered a diet root beer at the drive thru window. Not only was the cashier extremely rude BUT I was given REGULAR Root Beer and I’m a diabetic. Please be careful if you have diabetes and order a drink in their drive thru. You may end up with a 274 blood sugar. I will be posting this entire experience on every social media platform on the internet. This is DANGEROUS!

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, they told me to pull up to the front of the store, (I’m assuming for their timer to be better) waited 27 minutes for my food then the fries were cold. Should’ve just went to McDonald’s like I planned to in the first place 🤦‍♀️
Everytime I come here this place disappoints. This is the last time for sure. Ridiculous that it took 30 minutes in the drive thru. How about actually doing better instead of manipulating the timer to make it look that way

6/23/25 7:30am. The most dirtiest Wendy's I have ever seen! The doors are locked so you can't come in for breakfast! Parking lot is filthy. There are four cars parked there and they are inside but you can't come in! We have a camper so obviously we can't use the drive thru! Shame in you WENDYS for NOT following protocol!

Went to grab a quick lunch, was anything but. Took 5 mins just to get someone to say anything on the intercom to take the order. The woman asked if we wanted to make the order medium or large (response was medium) get to the window after she gives no total.
Gives the total and we pay and get no receipt.
They ask us to pull up (which we cant because there are 2 other cars also waiting)
Ask for the drinks and the manager says “theyll bring them out”
We pull up and they bring out drinks 5 mins later. I told the woman who brought small drinks that we ordered Medium. She takes it back and spills the drink in my lap.
Then she brings back out the same drinks and food (not med)
Then the manager comes out and says “i asked if you wanted medium you said no!”

This store needs better management. Horrible experience that wasted my whole lunch break

Maybe they were just busy, but I ordered 4 of their new blended frosties and got 3 different sizes and mine was not blended and just had a few cookie crumbs on top. Was not impressed.

The sandwich says 2 dollars on the menu charges me almost 4 dollars before tax for jbc and then the staff doesn't care about anything

Wendys is always one of my 1st fast food choices. I love a good #10 or a good 4 for 4 meal. And the breakfast is so good especially the wedges

Pros: I love their Spicy Chicken sandwich, fries (when fresh), chili and the Apple Pecan salad.

Cons:
I went through the drive thru. I have been to this location many times and unfortunately, my order has been wrong on multiple occasions. I always forget to make sure they get my order correct BEFORE leaving. Sheesh! It's not a big enough deal to go back to get it straight but it is an inconvenience when you get home, pull your food out of the bag and you see that your order is wrong.

The Wendy's (#8989) location on 3904 Victory Blvd was phenomenal!! I made an order thru the app and card was duly charged, but the app itself had a major hiccup and lost the entire order, with the charge still on my card. The management team was quick remedy the problem very equitably!!!

I ordered from drive thru. Ordered $5 Biggie bag plus extra order of value dries. I asked for hot fries no salt. When I received order I specifically asked casher was not fries fresh hot. Her reply was yes. My fries was barely warm. Sorry 😞 I lived 2 minutes away. I called talked with manager. It was OK. Wendy's need to train their employees better. I am going to patronize the other Wendy's because this one here it's always something 😒

Second time here, both times order given was wrong, to include my drink. They have the lobby closed, the line was so long I joust had to go somewhere else. Not coming back here.
