As a prior cook/customer from a Wingstop in California, this is by far the slowest location/service ever received. It doesn't matter if you order online or in person the wait time will be the same, double if in person because, mind you the online orders and doordash& Uber eats. I recommend you order well-done/ fresh wings because chances are you'll get cold wings and wings that are left waiting will just be recooked via order. It's cooked at your request make it count. They charge an arm and a leg now, get yalls worth.

I order a boneless meal deal and the chicken was not hot and had a sour taste to it and fries was soggy..I spend money at this restaurant all the time and to receive a meal like this to share with my girlfriend was kinda upsetting to be honest and I'm thinking about never eating there again I order at 1241 Fredrick Blvd Portsmouth Virginia.

I have never had issues with his establishment prior to this time. I always had superb service and the food was great! This time, I was not pleased and neither was my husband. We made this order the day before and my husband was there on time for pickup. He walked in and he immediately had a feeling it wasn’t going to be good. He said the establishment was not clean or properly managed.
We scheduled the pickup for 4:30pm, my husband left the house at 4:20pm, and we live 5 minutes away from the establishment. Despite getting there on time, the nuggets were barely warm, the fries were cold (I had to heat them back up myself), and the corn was warmer than the chicken. Basically we thought they made our order a lot sooner than our pickup time and failed to contact us that our order was ready, which we would’ve been happy to accept.
We had an order of 25 nuggets that were a mixture of three: garlic parm, hickory smoked bbq, and Louisiana rub. We also had fries, Cajun corn, and two tea drinks. I’ve never been this disappointed with a Wingstop establishment.

We picked up dinner 8/2/2024 I had garlic and lemon pepper combo .Chicken was very over cooked dry and hard.Very disappointing. You get off work you tired it's 100 degrees outside. And you to tired to good and this is what you end up with.Will not deal with this location again.

Using people from a very different country as snitches and clearing out the whole store crew...He had an upper corporate member to go undercover and break policy just to be able to fire another employee... He's a horrible person and I hope that that store goes all to hell

Terrible wait time and no boneless wings to order after the long wait the staff is slow moving rude and bad at taking orders I ordered a 10pc boneless combo and got the wrong wing flavor and when I called the store they offered no help Location continues to be managed terribly and all employees except 2 that are quite pleasant and professional are slow moving and unconcerned with accuracy or courtesy

Some of the worst food I’ve had in a long time! Burnt, old corn and stale, broken wings….spent $40 and got no drinks! Could see and taste dirty oil which turned my stomach ?
if i could give 0 stars i definitely would. So i went and got some wings today from this store it was boneless they were so soggy and let’s not talk about the fries so cold and very soggy.Also the soda machine was very nasty and they didnt have any lids for the cups.Lets not even talk about the workers they are so rude if you don’t like your job find something better to do that is not our problem.

I ordered two meals for delivery on Saturday June 1 on the Wing Stop app to have delivered by Door Dash from the Portsmouth VA location. Only one meal arrived, so one of my kids didn't get their meal.I contacted Door Dash and the order was resent to Wing Stop. About an hour later the ordered was cancelled by who knows who. I called Door Dash for a refund they told me I needed to call Wing Stop since I ordered it on their APP. I called Wing Stop gave them all my order info and was told to call back Sunday. I called back on Sunday June 2 shared the details with the manager. She stated she would look into it and get back with me. I attempted to call the store several times with in the next few days but did not get an answer. Today is June 6 and I still have not heard anything from anyone. When I spoke with the supervisor I shared that If I couldn't get the money back, I would like the order because my daughter loves this place. I am out of about $35. I am so disappointed, I work hard for my little bit of money and feel like they didn't care enough to follow up on my concerns.

My son ordered a chicken sandwich last night and it was so burnt his teeth couldn’t go through…. I tried to bite it and it almost broke my teeth, I’m not even lying.. it was concrete hard. Had to drive all the way to get another one at 9pm and I had to go to work at 9:50pm… the staff of 3 were backed up, cussing, rude front counter girl, drink machine was down but didn’t get a refund for the drink, and it was dirty af in there and they were cleaning off some steal table thing with a bucket of water right in front of the grill…. It was so dirty and a mess. The cook gave me a fresh sandwich but they should have done that in the first place. Why is the ranch always watery?

I literally waited over 25 minutes for 10wings. Only to realize my Oder was sitting on the pick up shelf. No one called my name and I never left the store. One of the workers lied to my face and said we called your name but you were outside… I was sitting on the bench in front of counter the entire time. I would not be so upset of the 2 separate people who ordered takeout and didn’t not have to pay for it, one guy walked out with their food before me. Workers giving free food to their friends is your business but don’t make paying customers pay for it in the form of poor service. I will not return
