Went in to pick up an online order. Food was fine, other than that they forgot the cheese sauce that I paid extra for. However, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The workers here are SO rude. They just have attitude and ask “what you want”, don’t respond when you say thank you and just give you a crazy funky look the second you walk through the door as if it’s appalling that you wanted to get some food and they had to do their jobs. Also, it’s incredibly dirty in there like they don’t clean. Wingstop, I think you need to evaluate your staff harder.

Very Poor customer service. One of the female workers refused to give delivery order when the order was right there. Saying the restaurant was closed. Then she started cursing at the customer when the delivery conflict was being addressed.

Workers horrible with reading orders. My food is always missing. I never get what I pay for, wait time is very long. I waited a hour and the food was cold when it was finally ready so not sure what I was waiting on. Do not recommend this location.

Lady manager close the registers a hour before closing didn’t even let me use tap pay so basically they make up they own hours

This has to be the worst location!!! The youngman is nasty by going outside with gloves on then coming back 30 minutes later picking up food never changing gloves. The young lady help is not much of the help at all and loud!

The wait for an order online or in person is waaay too long. They're under staffed so the food is not really good because it's rushed out to you. They were so under staffed one time that they made me order it online while I was in the store because they had no one to run the register. That order took almost an hour! That was it for me 💯
