Best customer service hands down they treat you like you in a five-star restaurant. food is always piping hot and fresh. The cooks even have good customer service and you usually don't see that. 10 out of 10

Went in to get my Daughter 4 tenders in org hot with a side of ranch. She couldn't even eat them they were to HARD and stingy, it was getting hung up on her braces. So I took them back and told them they were cooked too hard, the "GM" said she was back there when the cooked it and it was fresh. I understand that but all I wanted was it to be cooked over not as HARD the "GM" told me she can cook them over not for the 8 minutes and I would have to pay for them. WTH do they do that? Only in Portsmouth SMH NO MORE✌?

They gave me greasy fries like from the bottom on the fryer. It was black and oily and inedible. The soda machine had no carbonation. The ice machine was down. The old black gentleman was sitting down drinking drinks, being rude to customers. He blamed me for the soda machine not working, saying I was doing it wrong...like what?! This was the worst experience ever

This was my first wingstop experience which was very anticipated. The food itself was very good, there was a large helping of friends so i was very satisfied with the portions. I personally got the Korean BBQ and garlic parmesan wings which both are recommended. I ordered online and when i got to the restaurant the staff did not seem very happy when i asked for my order. To add to that, I got a drink with my meal and not only was there no ice, but none of the drinks were carbonated so i then had to drive somewhere else to by a drink. Overall I recommend eating here but I probably won't be coming back anytime soon.
Unfortunately, this location is horrible. I wish it wasn’t since I live so close to it. I placed an order for; Large, Extra Seasoned, well cooked fries. They said it would be a 16-20 min wait.. I show up 10 mins early. To find no one greeting me, when they finally decided to come see what I needed they gave me my bag fries. To my dismay they were so cold it felt like they just grabbed whatever left over fries they had and threw it in the bag. Cold obviously not well cooked fries that I paid for were no where to be found. This is the last time I go here after they previously messed up my wing orders before. I hope they can get their act together because I would love to have a wingstop I can count on near my house.

Worst customer service I've ever received it was so bad I called the corporate office and they claimed they were going to refund my meal and send me out a voucher card for a free meal.....here we are two months later and I still haven't gotten the gift card but I know I will never eat anything from the Portsmouth location. TRASH!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Lady at the counter is half deaf. Couldn’t understand what I was saying speaking loudly and clearly. Rang up the food incorrectly, overcharging me, and kept on trying to give me the wrong wings. Also didn’t even know how to work her computer. Terrible place.
