First time visiting this location and it’s a location I would choose not to ever come back to. I did the 2*s Tuesday. I chose tuna and my partner chose turkey. Needless to say, they were not to our liking. Very disappointing, did not let them remake it because it wasn’t something in my opinion that could be remade.However, I will say that the people that work in the establishment were kind.

Just a little dirty in there, but subs are decent. If the manager can't pull out a mop and bucket and clean the floors, then the owner should do it. At least once a year ;-)

Had an amazing encounter with the owner (found out after) Loved everyone, and the philly was MUAH! While staff was amazing, really.. Plus the food.

Zeros is one of my all time favorite sub shops. This particular location is in a Horrible area. Portsmouth Va is a crime riddled city, especially in this area. It's about a half mile from the new casino. Which is Also in one of the worst areas in portsmouth. Have fun!

I always order the Chicken Philly and it never disappoints. Thank you for making a Philly that is chopped well with onions. Friendly and fast. Call ahead because they are busy at times

Better sandwiches than your major restaurant chains, but I wish I could've been able to sit down and enjoy my meal fresh. The bread was definitely better than, Jersey Mike's, Subway, or Firehouse.
