“For several years, the pizzas from Great Falls Deli Italiano were wonderful. Then the problems started - always something unsatisfactory with every order. And the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy. So we stopped ordering from them. Yesterday we decided to give them another try. Glad we did - the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the big steak sub were both delicious. Of course, based on previous experiences with skimpy toppings, I paid for extra amounts of each of the cheeses on the pizza. Do not know what it would be like without paying for extra amounts of toppings.“

My special instructions are followed to a T and everything is always packaged with care! The entire establishment is pristinely clean from the kitchen to the dinning room. “First of many times for sure! The chicken is very flavorful I ordered the 2 piece chicken sandwich w/fries and slaw. Everything was very yummy! Only con is one of my pieces was so small that I was eating more bread than chicken. Whereas the other one over filled the bread (I was very pleased with this one) . I highly recommend them! “Honestly, some of the best chicken I’ve had in Virginia. Really tender and juicy and the seasoning is super tasty. I got the medium and felt like it was just enough spice to still enjoy the flavor. I can’t bring myself to try code blue, however, a coworker of mine did and said it was not an enjoyable experience but it was worth trying if your for a challenge,lol! Highly recommend!“

“The chiken good! Yea, but. The Rose Tteok Bokki was good. Hold on thoug! The water was amazingg! Best water I’ve had of all time. This water tastes likes…. like silence finally speaking—clean, weightless, and impossibly alive against the tongue.

“Brought a party of 4 to Bonchon for the Tuesday $1 wing special and, as always, the wings were absolutely delicious. We ordered a large amount of wings along with cucumber salad, rice, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the coleslaw never got brought out.

The food itself was great and the Tuesday wing special is honestly one of the best deals around. That said, the customer service could definitely improve. When our server brought out our 4 drinks, she placed them all on the opposite end of the table from where we were sitting, which came across as oddly passive aggressive and inconvenient. Also, throughout the meal, the server never once checked in to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything else — something that’s pretty standard at most restaurants, especially considering we eat here regularly.

Overall, the food quality and value keep us coming back, but the staff could really benefit from additional customer service training and better food service best practices.“
