Absolutely amazing experience! The food was outstanding, and the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The Lomo Saltado was exceptional—it tasted like it came straight from Peru, with authentic flavors and perfectly prepared ingredients. Every part of the meal exceeded my expectations. 100% the most authentic Peruvian food in NOVA. The flavors & portions are unbeatable. I rotate all my favorites (Lomo saltado, arroz chaufa de pollo, tallarines verdes, ceviche..I could go on) They also switch it up with the menu options, hard to find Ocopa or Shambar, & delicious. Rocoto sauce, the ajis,all the sauces are homemade, even the salad dressing..i had to ask!!
The food was very delicious, with excellent dishes and authentic Peruvian food. The service was good and the staff was very attentive at all times. However, I felt a little rushed because I was told the kitchen closed at 6pm, so I had to order and eat quickly. Overall, the experience was very good, with delicious food and authentic flavors.
