Angela's Italian Ristorante

Heading out to a friend’s pool party wanting to grab a bite to eat beforehand. After our first choice was closed for a private party we decided to try this place closer to our friends house. We rolled up to an empty parking lot immediately worried that they were closed and this would turn into a McDonald’s trip that I would pay for later. Walked in was seated immediately. We had the restaurant to ourselves. The waitress was prompt and ready to take our order. Even laughing when I asked to bring my cannoli out first. We ordered the cheesesteak with onion rings and the pizza steak with fries. The food came out hot, fresh, and amazing. Our waitress was on her game never letting our drinks go empty. The cannoli was terrific. We found a hidden gem away from home. We are already talking about our next visit.

After terrible service twice and sub-par food, a year ago, we decided to give it another chance and ordered over the phone. Showed up 40 minutes later they have no record of the order and didn’t even offer to re-make the order. I won’t waste my time again.

We love Angela's. The food we received was, as always great. We were disappointed on the customer service/interaction with the Angela's employee when we called and advised that we did not receive the Stromboli with our Door Dash delivery order. She refused to work with us in getting that replaced and continued numerous times to advise that Door Dash is the issue and they are why we did not receive our complete order, and that there would be no discussion in working with us to get assistance from Angela's on the issue. Door Dash always sends a picture of the order when the driver has picked up the order. Sad to say we did not examine it at the time to notice if the pizza box with the Stromboli was included in the picture or not. When we realized the missing item, that picture was no longer available on line. After speaking with the Angela's employee, we got no response from the Door Dash driver. We will definitely be examining more closely the Door Dash picture sent regarding the order pickup in the future ahead of delivery. We love Angela's and will continue to order from them. Wish they gave their employees a little better set of talking points to use regarding an Angela order through Door Dash that was missing an item.

Shout out to Tammy, our waitress. She was amazing and very personable and made sure we were well taken care of. We had the Chicken Marsala and Fettuccine Alfredo (added chicken and mushrooms), which were both AMAZING! We will be coming back to try more of their dishes.

Don’t waste your time or money. Ever since the new ownership, the prices have gone up, and the food and service quality have come way down.

This place is AWESOME! We were seated quickly and the staff was very friendly. Our server was attentive and on her game! For apps we had the catfish bites and mozzarella logs. Both were incredible. We had one chicken philly and one regular cheesesteak, they were huge and tasty with alot of meat. Lastly was the kids spaghetti with meatsauce which was plenty for them to split. We will certainly be back.

2 Went to pick up our take out order after my husband had a heart procedure at Bon Secours today. Pizzas ( pies) ready on time. Waited extra 10 minutes for the chicken Parm sub or Parmagiana Chicken sub as it is in the menu. Finally got it, drove home. Hubby started eating……it was meatball. Too tired/frazzled to return it. All they had to do was give us what we ordered. Additionally, it was not busy. Ordered at 4:45 and picked up at 5:15 on a Friday. Who can’t read there? Not going back any time soon, needless to say. Other options in the hood. Lackluster all around.

Party of 3 had to wait 5 minutes when there were 5 open tables. Then I had to sit on an unsanitary ripped open bench seat. The table was old and filthy. The building is only 5 years old but the tables. Chairs, bench seats are disgustingly old and unsanitary. All of it should be replaced. The food is good and served hot. However, the salad is not worth the price. The lasagna was good but the Deluxe calzone was burned on the bottom. I could only eat the top half.

Consistency solid pizza.

On time very nice ppl good food that's actually Italian authentic is the way to roll out here in these parts of the woods ...next I say is Rosa's both good

The atmosphere and staff were welcoming. The food was wonderful. If you get a salad, ask for the liquid gold dressing. They make it in the kitchen. It is an hour drive for us, but we will be returning often.
