Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Excellent service and a very tasty ice cream! Welcoming tried new flavors! Blueberry cheesecake and peanut butter cream! Both were wonderful

Would give zero stars if possible. This Bruster’s location in Powhatan has the absolute worst and incredibly slow customer service. I have frequented this location often and the service gets progressively worse at each visit. The staff there will make you wait 10-15 mins before even taking your order because they are too busy chatting and laughing amongst themselves, and it’s usually a 30 min wait in total. During my visit this evening I waited in line with about 15 people behind me and we had to get their attention before even being acknowledged. In addition to this, many previous visits, the drive through in closed well over an hour prior to them closing. Seems the incompetent staff decides to do as they please. Management needs to step in and correct. They will lose a lot of business if this is how they continue to operate.

I visit this location frequently. They are incredibly slow! The last two times I visited my ice cream was completely melted.

I thought I would give them the benefit of a doubt.. but this is the 3rd time in a raw in 2 months they have made dumb excuses as to why they don't have bananas.. look in know it's tedious but the banana split is why I go to brusters and I never get it.. terrible store don't go here.

The last time we went to this Bruster’s, the service was bad and it took forever to get our ice cream. I must say, either it is just tonight’s group of kiddos doing a really good job or the service has improved! They were super friendly and our ice cream was ready lickity split! Good job Bruster’s for changing my mind about you!!

I just drove thru Brewster. Gave a $10.00 for a $6.00 plain Sunday I was given 1.00 in change. By the red haired young man who was more interested in chatting with friends inside

Place used to be good but over time the taste of the ice cream changed. It taste like something is missing. Them today I go with my family and a small 2 scoop cup has gone up to 5.50. Saveb yourself the money and go to food lion and get 2 half gallons that taste just as good.

Why does this place NEVER have the Blast available? Do you have to get there at lunch time to get one? Tighten up!

Upon my arrival to brusters I was kindly greeted by the nice worker. She promptly gave me and my 11 kids the best ice cream I have ever had. It was so delightful that I do not think I could ever get ice cram anywhere else.

went there with my boyfriend this evening and we got two shakes. i had mint oreo which was good, but he had gotten chocolate which tasted freezer burnt. very watery & had no flavor at all. he went back & waited 15 minutes in line just to ask if he could have a new shake, only to be told that they weren’t going to make him a new one. no refund was offered or anything. he ended up just throwing it away because of how bad it tasted.
