Went there after a soccer game with my 2 precious kids. Ordered 3 shakes and they cam me out great, my daughters loved em. Mr. Weyer was very interactive and great with kids and so was Pete. Good to see Powhatan still doing service the right way. Amen.

Keller was the kindest and sweetest person I have ever met. The shake was amazing and service was even better. If Keller doesn’t get a raise after my experience I would be extremely disappointed.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere. You will wait long time in the drive through while the workers joke and laugh with their friends that come up to the walk up window. No respect or urgency for the customers in line. Ordered a milkshake and waited 17 minutes for it with no one in front of me. Received milkshake and it was melted as if it was placed in microwave before it was given to me. They don’t care about the reviews or quality of this location, don’t believe me read the other reviews. Good luck

Up until today this was a 5 star experience for us. My main gripe - We don't like the new plastic cone holders. (See my photo) They're wasteful and bad for the environment. A simple napkin is just fine and not bad for the planet. Also, that guy working the window today (Aug 25 3pm ish) was borderline rude. So unfriendly. I mean did his job. I got my ice cream, but he was not nice about it. Window people should be friendly. He also skimped on my cone. My daughter's was fine, perfect, bc the friendly young lady made hers. My photo taken after I ate a lot of mine. I'm showing the dumb plastic cone holder. Please don't keep using these things. Businesses have a responsibility to the planet too. It's nice to eat a great ice cream cone and yay no waste except a couple biodegradable napkins! :) No more plastic cone holders once you use this batch up, ok?? :))

Terrible customer service. Kids took 20 minutes to take our order while we sat in the 90 degree heat only to tell us they are only taking cash (there was no sign saying as much). Also the dude taking the order was rude.

Went to this location for the first time today, the teenager working the front counter was not friendly at all, didn’t have an excited or happy personality. It felt like I was bothering him by coming there.

Also, the online menu for this location is inaccurate and hasn’t been updated. It showed flavors and options that no longer exist at this location, so I was a bit bummed about that.

The unfriendly teenager made my experience there less than exciting. Even when I said “have a good day”, he just stared at me and closed the window.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The teenage were sitting in cool air conditioning while we waited until they were done talking to each other. And we waited 30 minutes for kid cones and one adult cone that one of them didn’t even make correctly.

The two last times we visited, there was a long wait and our orders were incorrect. They write the orders down. I checked and it was correct but the workers seem to not pay attention to the details. I will not be returning.

Excellent service and a very tasty ice cream! Welcoming tried new flavors! Blueberry cheesecake and peanut butter cream! Both were wonderful
