Pulled into an empty parking lot, except for employees vehicles at 2:30 in the afternoon, and was told that because I didn't circle the building to pull up, that I needed to drive around the building before they would take my order...I thought it was a joke. Like "really? so there's nobody behind me, you really want me to circle the building instead of just taking my order since I'm here and theres nobody else in this parking lot?" YES...they did. Longtime Dunkin’ Donuts lover here. However when the person in front of me, at 2:54 takes forever to order a coffee, and I pull up on Christmas eve with my babies in the car excited for a single donut- and all you can say is “Sorry- were closing right now at 3pm.” And serve the person in front of me that took 6 minutes to decide she wanted a single iced coffee… because your “computers shut off at 3,” that seems a little unacceptable to me.
