I mean where do I start. I'll start with 1. What's the point of a no bun option or a plain option if the workers aren't going to read the screen that literally reads it out for them. Or the fact that when I had them redo the sandwich they still put it on a bun after I had told them no bun just meat and cheese. I'm not mad I just don't understand the logic between the workers and a multi-billion dollar company that neither can function with any brain power

I’m sorry but lately the food takes 15-20 minutes when they’re slow. No one moves with any purpose or sense of urgency. I absolutely hate leaving 1 star reviews but this McDonalds has earned it. Food takes forever, always wrong order, and somehow the food is cold or old

Very slow getting food nasty most of the time and soggy and smells workers are slow and don’t care or try to do there job
Went through the drive thru and they were getting orders in and out quickly. It's been a while since I've been to this location and was impressed with how fast they were moving compared to the last time I was there.

I absolutely love the Mcdonald’s in Powhatan!! The food is ALWAYS good, and the service is always EXCEPTIONAL! this is by far the cleanest and best mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to! I would highly recommend! They are amazing and they work very hard to fix any issues that may come up during your order or if you receive the wrong item!!

I got a McFlurry this afternoon, I was in the middle of eating when I found a bug. A literal bug. I am never getting food again, and not to mention, I had a 10 minute wait, for 1 McFlurry. As well as a price increase. It’s ridiculous.
