I absolutely love the Mcdonald’s in Powhatan!! The food is ALWAYS good, and the service is always EXCEPTIONAL! this is by far the cleanest and best mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to! I would highly recommend! They are amazing and they work very hard to fix any issues that may come up during your order or if you receive the wrong item!!

I got a McFlurry this afternoon, I was in the middle of eating when I found a bug. A literal bug. I am never getting food again, and not to mention, I had a 10 minute wait, for 1 McFlurry. As well as a price increase. It’s ridiculous.

I must say that was the worst hamburger I have ever gotten from a McDonald's it was ridiculous the quarter pound hamburger was like it was chewed up. half of it was chewed up and piled onto the bread. needless to say, I had to throw it out the window for the starving animals. I will be sure to never stop there again

This place is awful!! I went in there yesterday 10/27/24 about 2:15 & no one was at the counter. The person I usually see working the counter was leaving. I don't use the kiosk. I just stood there for about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was standing there! The woman that did show up had been in the kitchen I guess helping with the drive thru. She didn't greet me with a smile, or a greeting! She seemed like she hates her job & didn't want to be doing what she was! I just ordered an ice coffee & had to wait about 10 minutes to get it!! She slid my coffee to me, again, without a word! Horrible attitude! Ridiculous!!!! O, & they need to start filling the iced coffee to the top!!!

The staff have always gone out of their way to make my coffees perfect, meeting all my special requests by memory. Very quick and efficient. My order is always correct. Drive thru is always 1 to 3 minutes. Customer service is friendly as well. Great job!
Parking: Large number of spots, handicapped friendly and kid friendly.
Kid-friendliness: They treat kids to extra toys and a happy meal full. Unlike other McDonald's that only give half full fries they give full fries.
