We've eaten at Rosa's in Powhatan for over 30 years, and it's always been decent. Today we got a pizza for carryout, and something changed...it wasn't good.

I placed an order for take out of 3 steak and cheese wraps tonight. After eating half of my wrap I found not 1 but 3 pieces of hair in the 2nd half of the wrap. This is beyond discussing. I am lost for words. What is going on in your kitchen to allow something like this to happen? Or maybe I should say what is not going on. I will never order from your restaurant again. I will also be sure to not recommend you.

First time delivery. Food was good. Delivery driver was cute but either couldn't speak English or didn't want to say I left your beverage. But all is good. recommend a english translation device. I have a translator devive. but loaned it out. Also need to park in driveway not road .to dangerous. Manager was pleasant. I hope advice was appreciated.

$16 for a delivery fee, plus driver tip, plus service and taxes? You trippin! I put an order of a dozen wings and a small salad, and all together $71 bucks for delivery. That’s outrageous!

My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner. We had the garlic cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza. The cheese bread was underwhelming, undercooked, barely crispy, no color to it al all. The pizza had a good crust but the toppings were under cooked and seemed of low quality. All the topping slid off the crust with the first bite. The menu was very crowded with too many offerings. Service was pretty good and quick. The place was nearly empy on a Saturday afternoon and was prepltty run down looking. What a bummer.
