I ordered szechuan shrimp and curry shrimp with onion for pick up. They gave me curry chicken; I called to report the incorrect item. I said "I ordered szechuan shrimp and a shrimp and onion dish, but I forgot the name." I described the dish to the owner and he said it was szechuan. I said that they "gave me chicken instead of shrimp." He said for me to bring the dish in so they can prove it was wrong. I told him I won't be able to come in until the next day. He said to call 15 minutes before I come in and he'll have my order ready and to bring in the dish they gave me. He was perfectly nice on the phone. When I showed up to switch my order he said it was curry chicken and he began accusing me of ordering the chicken. I reminded him that I described the dish and he said it was szechuan. He continued to argue with me about the dish and what I ordered. I told him I never ordered these items before, so I had to describe the dish to him. (The curry chicken picture on the website didn't look like the curry chicken he gave me. So I didn't know which dish was which.) He said ok, and continued telling me I was wrong while he walked away and I repeated to him what I already said. He said "ok, I'll make it!" I told him "I don't want it, give me a refund." I got a refund and he threw the dish away.
He's perfectly nice over the phone, but once he sees what you look like, he'll argue with you and accuse you of making a mistake!

My go to take out spot for Chinese food in the Tricities area. I have been a regular patron for over a decade. There are a few tables for dining in. Although the place could use an update. Some of my favorites include egg drop soup, chicken teriyaki sticks and their chow fun noodles. Lunch specials are a fulfilling portion. Only thing missing are the fortune cookies.

The guy is very rude to Dashers. He does not speak or respond to people when you talk to him. I will ignore you completely and just throw the food on the table when it’s ready. Very unprofessional.

I ordered egg drop and hot and sour soups, house fried rice, steamed dumplings, 2 egg rolls, and triple delight or something like that. The meal was supposed to have shrimp, chicken, and pork plus mixed veggies. Mine had 2 pieces of chicken, pork and shrimp. Literally 2 each. The veggies were all broccoli except a couple pieces of carrot, a couple mushroom and a piece of baby corn. So basically it was all broccoli. This makes me so mad. If I wanted all broccoli I'd have ordered beef and broccoli. The soups are very thick and the people eating them grossed out. I didn't even get the egg rolls I ordered or the mustard sauce. I'm very disappointed for a $50 order. I probably won't go back.

My favorite restaurant!!! Hands down! If I could eat Chinese and don’t worry about gaining weight then I would eat it more often. However, anything I ask they fulfill. I like my food a certain type of way and I’m very picky and they literally hit the mark every time. I’m greeted with a smile and definitely a warm welcome. They are quick too! So if they say 15 minutes. Trust it’s ready.
