I drive from Richmond ordering the same thing every time always prepared just how I desire. Seems family owned and operated employees are always prompt and courteous. Roast pork yak and large spare rib ready in 10 minutes.

I ordered out, so I didn't rate the service or atmosphere. When I looked up Chinese food places, this one came up highly rated. I can vouch for that! While I was waiting for them to prepare my lunch, people were constantly streaming in. I can understand why. The food tasted great, was fairly priced, and I was on my way in no time . I highly recommend this place!

I was visiting my brother in VA and ordered dragon express through doordash. We got the 4 person family meal, dumplings, and 2 egg rolls and received some extra items as a plus !! I especially liked the sweet and sour chicken.

Definitely The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I got the bourbon chicken and it was so dry which I don’t understand how that’s possible when it’s covered in sauce. Also, it didn’t have any flavor and neither did the rice. The crab Rangoon’s were OK but the best thing was the eggrolls. Will not be coming back.

This place is conveniently located about 7 minutes away from FT Gregg-Adams. If you want some Chinese food, this is not a bad place to go. However, keep in mind that they only have a couple of tables inside; this restaurant is more of a takeout setup. So if you are thinking of dining in, you might want to look for another place.

They do have a ton of food choices on the menu and the servings are more than enough for an average person. The waiting time may vary from 10-15 minutes roughly, so its not that bad.

I would give the food here a 3.5/5 just because I had tried better Chinese food before. But your food preference might be completely different from mine so don't listen to my review and just go and try them out.

I spent over $80 on my order.

I ordered szechuan shrimp and curry shrimp with onion for pick up. They gave me curry chicken; I called to report the incorrect item. I said "I ordered szechuan shrimp and a shrimp and onion dish, but I forgot the name." I described the dish to the owner and he said it was szechuan. I said that they "gave me chicken instead of shrimp." He said for me to bring the dish in so they can prove it was wrong. I told him I won't be able to come in until the next day. He said to call 15 minutes before I come in and he'll have my order ready and to bring in the dish they gave me. He was perfectly nice on the phone. When I showed up to switch my order he said it was curry chicken and he began accusing me of ordering the chicken. I reminded him that I described the dish and he said it was szechuan. He continued to argue with me about the dish and what I ordered. I told him I never ordered these items before, so I had to describe the dish to him. (The curry chicken picture on the website didn't look like the curry chicken he gave me. So I didn't know which dish was which.) He said ok, and continued telling me I was wrong while he walked away and I repeated to him what I already said. He said "ok, I'll make it!" I told him "I don't want it, give me a refund." I got a refund and he threw the dish away.

He's perfectly nice over the phone, but once he sees what you look like, he'll argue with you and accuse you of making a mistake!

My go to take out spot for Chinese food in the Tricities area. I have been a regular patron for over a decade. There are a few tables for dining in. Although the place could use an update. Some of my favorites include egg drop soup, chicken teriyaki sticks and their chow fun noodles. Lunch specials are a fulfilling portion. Only thing missing are the fortune cookies.
