Great atmosphere and food. The chefs are friendly and put on a great show. Since our son has a seafood allergy, we have to remember to inform our server when we sit down. Instead, they should always ask if anyone has allergies so the chef can keep the food separate.

Pick up two orders of sushi for lunch today. They were supposedly made while I waited yet they were inedible ly old, mushy and disgusting. Mushy fish, old hard rce, old tough nori, dried washi and ginger. I'm sure this was a day old order as I was the first customer of the day.

Only 4 starts on the atmosphere because I have not tried it when they cook in front of you since I go for lunch. Definitely recommend!

The food could be better. If you are going to charge the prices you do you should probably use better quality ingredients for your sushi and salads. The cucumbers were weird and my salad was warm, the ginger dressing taste like oil. Sams club and Publix have better sushi.

We LOVE hibachi and Hokkaido is our go-to in the Tri-Cities. The service and food is always great. I just wanted to let people be aware that when we went a couple of days ago, we noticed a new fee that showed up on our bill called "Hibachi Fee". We went there for lunch and there were 8 of us in the party. We were told the fee was for turning on the grill and cooking the food. The fee on our bill amounted to almost $21. This was in addition to gratuity. I can understand the rising cost of food and doing business, but unfortunately, I just wasn't prepared for it that day.
