Fast service and although the drive through was packed it was moving quickly. Team was not sparce on the sauce distribution like some others. I had plenty of hot sauce for my order.

For the cost the new steak wrap should have more meat in it than it does the amount of meat on my wrap I bet it was scooped with a chop sticks.

The service was wonderful however I did not get the food that I paid for and when calling to get it straight I was told that I would have to leave my name and could come the next day to retrieve what I actually paid for. Went back the next day and was told no one left a name with the information about my order from the previous night. And this was at the Hopewell Virginia Taco Bell

Paid for 2 cantina chicken quesadillas. Received 2 regular chicken quesadillas. (Piss poor excuses for a quesadilla at that) Atleast I didnt have to walk in and remind them that my side of Chipotle sauce is supposed to be creamy jalapeño AGAIN. The girl at the window was great tho. Hate paying extra for something and getting a funky version of the items I wanted's slow cousin.

Taco Bell really needs to do better with its tacos especially considering how expensive those mince meat tacos are and those $6 nuggets are a joke.

They need better management the customer service is so poor the management is the worse if you don't have customer service experience learn the back line so you want have to talk to customers stay out of drive thru and off the register or find a job that fits you if a customer ask for fresh food it should not be a debate on how long ago you just dropped food a customer don't care about non of that the customer ask for there food to be made to order just do it instead of being rude and talking under your breath

Can I get a taco with no cheese if I come to this location four times at least three of those times they'll put cheese on my tacos and never add the tomato I don't know if they're not taking the time to read their computer screen but it's really getting old

The remodel they did is decent, but they never get an order right. We go here cause we love Taco Bell and this is the closest one to our house but we rarely get our full order without having to go back and ask for something we are missing or thinking we have the correct thing cause it looks like a burrito but come to find out the filling is incorrect. Again, the food is fine it is Taco Bell, so I'm not expecting amazing gormet or anything and it all tastes fine, but just wish they did a little better with the QC.

The last few times I went to taco bell have been better than before, and I've consistently seen Kierstin working hard. Food comes out fast, hot, and satisfactory. My orders have always been correct and there's always sause, napkins, and utensils added! (Straws as well)
