This is my favorite food truck!! I'm was born and raised in New Mexico. This truck is home to me. The owners will remember you and just have such a welcoming spirit. I saw try it all but they have THE BEST BIRRIA TACOS 🌮 !! So much so I drink the dipping sauce!!! I eat here at least 2 tiimes a week!!! Try them and tell him Chocolate Mermaid sent you!

The worker was so nice and helpful ! I ordered the birria tacos and they were AMAZING and cooked to perfection. I always have to travel far to eat good authentic Mexican food but this food truck is literally right up the street from my house which is perfect! definitely recommend 10/10
