Went to this establishment at 6:30Am to get breakfast after getting off at 6am. I saw people in the back, no one came to the drive through at 6:30Am. Drove around and went to the door and the door was locked. Drove back around to the drive through at 6:40am and no one answered. If you say you open at 6:30am, that’s what should happen. Because online you claim to be open.

Service was the WORST!!!!! When I arrived at 10 am the menu board was had lunch items. I wasn't sure if this location served breakfast so I tried to drive up to the window but one of the workers were talking with someone in a car in the drive thru. So I backed up then finally spoke to me and took my order. The cashier mentioned they didn't feel like changing the menu board and now it was almost lunch time. When my order was ready they continued to talk with their coworkers never looked at me reach their arm out with the order and closed the window. I will NEVER go back to this Wendy's again!

The service here was DISGUSTING! We just left Sunday service and decided to stop for a breakfast sandwich. We were greated by the most disrespectful ? boy, because young men don't act that way, we've ever encountered. He started off by answering the speaker with no compassion for the customer ordering.
We get to the window and he just stares for a second. Then he says our total. He looks my husband up and down! A 54 year old MAN, Getting these looks like he has committed a crime against this boy. He proceeds to say, "yo bro, you good? " I was so taken aback by that I just turned away. My husband says to him, "Yes, I'm very sufficient young man. Are you okay?" He didn't know how to respond to that so he says he didn't understand what the word sufficient meant. My husband then explained to him what it meant with detail. The boy just nods and says, "Oh okay, I guess." Shuts the window and sits on his phone.
He came back to the window with our change and a few units later our food. Shuts the window again without even asking if we needed napkins, our receipt, or either condiments. Just poor customer service and too much attitude. We get home to check our food and low and behold, the food was just as bad and we had something floating in our lemonade! That's money wasted! I don't know about anyone else, but we work too hard to just GIVE our money away to some undeserving mess. No manager, corrected him and I say that because she was standing right there allowing it to happen! Come in Wendy's! Do better!

There had been many times the works have just straight up left and the place was unattended. IWOULD GIVE THE Specific restaurant the worst rating possible!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! This store is sad! I went inside and ordered two meals. I brought my own cup to put my drink in. Save them some cups and keeps mine cold longer. Lady wanna tell me I can’t do that.. Why, when I paid for the drink? Doesn’t make sense.. regardless their two drink machines are disgusting and don’t work.. I had ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant but what I got was not it. Bacon was burnt, dry, and looked old.. no cheese or the maple.
I received cold and stale food the last two times I dined at this location. I’m not sure why it is so difficult to make food fresh or with the correct ingredients per the menu. Couldn’t reach the location by phone to complain so complained directly to Wendy’s. Obviously paying $17 for food that ended up in the trash because it was unsafe and not consumable doesn’t matter to Wendy’s. They have lost a customer.

Absolute disaster. Young manager stood at the window chatting with the drive thru worker the whole time. They were chit chatting while he was taking my order and when I pulled up. Took over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Had 3 cars drive off after waiting awhile. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Manager had no desire to help out to speed things up. Threw my whole order into 2 bags. Including kids meals. No toys. I could go on and on. Fire them all. Horrible.

Honestly it takes zero effort to just give a darn. It seems the employees just hold excuses for lack of service at all. Don’t leave individuals waiting in drive thru lines for 20 minutes after you closed the lobby. Just to inform me after waiting the card machine is broke. Complete trash.
