All doors were locked and it was 9am! I was told by some people at the convenience store that they open when they feel like it. Absolutely ridiculous! I was told to order in the drive thru but can't bring my truck in the drive thru!

Honestly it takes zero effort to just give a darn. It seems the employees just hold excuses for lack of service at all. Don’t leave individuals waiting in drive thru lines for 20 minutes after you closed the lobby. Just to inform me after waiting the card machine is broke. Complete trash.

Waited at drive thru menu board for about 3 min with no employee response. Two employees came out the door but never acknowledged. As cars were lining up I drove around to the window and waited. Young employee sees me (after 1-2 additional minutes) and says under his breath, “oh wow” grabs the head set and walks away. He comes back another 1-2 minutes later and just looks at me. I tell him there is a line backing up and he replies “our drive through person just left”. I order two strawberry lemonades and am informed, “we only have regular”. I inquire why they then advertise the other flavors and was informed they don’t just have regular they also have those.At no point was there an acknowledgment for cars waiting with no contact. At no point was there an apology for the lack of inventory (I guess. Never got to the real answer)

I highly recommend to NOT eat here. They don't like cash apparently "because the armored money service hasn't been here"...?? at least that is what the manager on duty claimed. Lousy customer service.

Today I went to get dinner from this restaurant and first of all ordered a kid's meal, Baconator combo, Dave's burger double combo. Everything was tossed in two bags and no toy for the kids meal which I have to get out of the car to get it. Baconator had like two pieces of bacon and Dave's burger double had one small lettuce leaf, one slice of tomato that it was so thin that I had to look twice and one little slice of pickle. My second time in this place and I will never go again. If Dave had seen this he would be turned in his grave. What a disappointment for the second time. Thanks!

The worst Wendy’s in the world! Don’t expect to get any services. I was sitting through drive through and no one responded and I pulled up to the window and there was someone standing there playing on their phone. There were 5 cars behind me waiting for serves. Another time they told me I couldn’t just order a water? I WANTED A WATER FOR MY BABY for her bottle!

It’s been a few times this place was close on a weekday. The service is horrible. The manager and two other employees were sitting in the car smoking and joking while the 5 o’clock rush was building. The lady at the window told me to pull around, I did and waited about 20 minutes before I walked inside to see that she told the other workers that I just pulled off??♂️. The cheese fries was old and hardened, and when asked to remake them the food line made faces and moans as if they don’t get paid for the job they chose. This is absolutely horrible customer service.

If I could give worst Wendy’s ever this would be in my top 5 they always mess up orders food is cold and sloppy they never stay open to the actual time I’ve been here at 9pm and the doors are always locked while the lazy employees stand around for a hour collecting free money after I tried to go to the drive thru and then the front door they shut the lights off as I was trying to ask if they was open or not
