Every time I order through the mobile app, half of what I order isn't available once I get to the window. The employee hands me the bag & expects me to just drive off with less than what I've paid for. No offer for a substitution or anything. This has happened twice now. I won't let there be a third time. Very poor customer service.
Anyone know who owns the Pulaski Wendys franchise? They just gave me the worst fast food service I've ever gotten and that's saying something. I ordered two 4 for 4s with plain Jr Cheeseburgers for my kids and checked them before I drove all the way home. They weren't plain. I drove back around and courteously told them that I needed the Jr Cheeseburgers replaced because they were not as I ordered and they tried to ring me up for 2 more Jr Cheeseburgers. I went thru the drive through last night, they were backed up, per usual. Anyway, when I finally get to order my food the girl says, we will be with you in a minute. I said ok, no big deal. Well, I sat there waiting for 22 minutes, 4 cars behind me waiting, no one came back to take my order. I pull up to the window and 3 people, 1 guy and 2 girls were standing in there talking!!!!
